Late on a Thursday night, and everyone was having so much fun, I'd swear it was Friday of a long weekend in a college town.

Food was amazing and authentically Mexican. None of the Tex-Mex garbage I'm forced to endure in Dallas. Growing up half an hour from the Mexico border in California, we know the real deal. ?

Well done bringing the good stuff to Boise. Now, how about a franchise in North Texas?? ??

My friend I carried at 5:00 on a Saturday at the Chapala Mexican Restaurant on Vista in Boise. We were greeted and seated immediately and a waiter arrived with a couple of minutes to take our drink order

The menu is extensive so might have a difficult time choosing. The good news is you can eat here again and again

Over the years I have eaten at this restaurant many times. I have never had a bad experience. The food has always been good and...

We decided to drop in for dinner, I drive by it almost every day. Though it was about time. Was not disappointed, my husband had taco salad, I had Freoles, did I spell that right. (very good). Can't remember what David our friend had, probably something vegetarian. We had a good time, our waiter was very attentive, my husband said he was too attentive. I personally don't think you can be, better than unattentive. And David never ran out of soda pop so win win....
