Chicago Connection - Fairview

I don't leave alot of reviews but when I do it's because I feelits necessary. Not only is this food great, but id like to thank the employees there from the bottom of my heart. You guys are the best, and deliver excellent service. Thank you!

Clean environment and great and fresh salad bar!

We came here and got 2 pizzas and a chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo was NONEXISTENT. no sauce at all, just wet noodles with soggy spinach and little cubed chicken. I was an atrocity to even look at for $16. We spent a total of 62 dollars and the food was mediocre and incorrect. When we called for a correction, the employee who answered the phone was short, rude and hung up on me!!! This place sucks. Especially for the money don’t recommend at all. Note: I’m a very nice person, I never leave reviews like this but this completely wasn’t okay. I’ve worked in the customer service industry most of my life and this was completely uncalled for.

The best pizza around! Not exactly deep dish, but the crust is amazing. Bread sticks very tasty, too. The salad bar could use a few more choices but who goes to a pizza place for salad anyway?

With the 5 dollar delivery tip I spent $37.00 for a medium combination. Isn't that lovely. Might have been 5 dollars in ingredients. What is going on?

My sister now lives in Oregon and we were making a girls trip to the Oregon coast. She requested that I bring her Chicago connection. I called the Fairview store and asked if I could buy dough, sauce, meat, cheese, and make the pizza myself. They let me know they have premade, then froze pizzas in the past for customers. They were more than happy to help me with my mission! The pizza traveled so well, when we cooked it in the oven, it tasted just like it was delivered! My sister was so happy and it was such an incredible experience with the team at Chicago connection. We love this pizza, 10/10!

Food used to be awesome pre covid. Got sick off the pizza this time. Cost me 30$ to customize my pie, and the wife's gluten free was tasteless.
