My friend and I went to lunch today here at Chili's on Broadway. We had great food but the service topped it all. Our server's name was Jess and let me tell you.. anyone and I mean ANYONE working in a service industry should be providing the service this young lady did. The customer service from Jess went above and beyond. You may say, "well, duh, she was bucking for tips." Regardless, she definitely deserved the tips. The food was great (way to promote on TV Chili's.. you got us there! š). I apologize for not getting the hostess's name. She held the door. The kitchen staff was on task! The bussers were on task. Great job everyone!! I won't wait so long next time to come again.
Parking: Plenty of handicap
Kid-friendliness: Great menus for kids with coloring pictures if old enough. High chairs for lil ones.

I ordered a surf and turf plate for delivery and forgot the surf. They sent a surf and turf order out WITHOUT THE SHRIMP. Literally how does that even happen? I only ordered from them for the shrimp, and I couldnāt even get it delivered separately. The partial refund they gave me wouldnāt cover the cost if I could have it delivered separately. If I only wanted steak and rice I would have ordered from Applebees and gotten it cheaper.

Excellent customer service. First time at this location. I live in Meridian, but work down the street. It was also my first-time trying the burger. It was excellent except I ask for Swiss cheese and got American. Ido not like American cheese. But also disturbed to read about another review left on 12/7. If this is in fact true I will not be back.
Last sat 12/7 at approx 8 to 8:30 my wife ( who is Jamacian, her friend ( from Uganda ) along with her friends husband ( which is a mid A aged white man ) went to try chiliās for some food and drinks. The place was not very busy so there were plenty of tables available. Well this is way it went south and I will place this on every rating web site for the benefit of other black people. They were escorted to a table at the fairest table in the very back of the restaurant. Then they waited for some one ( and they noticed the servers were just talking amongst themselves) this is racial profiling as we have noticed this before. It makes my blood boil when it happens. I wish I would have been there because I would said something to management ( if they even care because this kind of serious lack of service normally comes from the top). I WILL BE SURE that this makes it to corp. They will have the date and time and location. I have learned in the past the corp has the power to fire employees from this kind of bigotry. Please others here weather your white, black or any other race please donāt let this slide. PS they just walked out and went to the Ram and they were treated with respect. SHAME on the servers and management either for Chiliās.š¤¬
