Food was decent but service was horrible. We arrived about a minute before happy hour was over. We wanted to just have one beer with our meal. We sat at the bartop and weren't acknowledged at all for over 5 minutes. When I asked the bartender if we could still get HH, because we were there before it ended, she refused to give it to us. I know from working in restaurants that the computers have a grace period when it comes to HH/special pricing, so I know she could have given it to us and chose not to, which reflected in her tip. What I REALLY don't like though is there are no prices whatsoever on your drink menu. We voiced our concerns about that but the bartender said she'd let us know the prices on whatever we wanted to know. However, I want to see ALL prices so I can make a fully informed decision. I'm not going to keep going down the list, asking for prices. I believe Chili's knows this and it's a very deceptive practice. The HH special was $5.00 for a 22 oz domestic draft. Imagine our surprise when we were charged $7.19 for a 16 oz DOMESTIC DRAFT?! That's outrageous and I believe that Chili's is intentionally not transparent because no one would order beer at that ridiculous price. Leaving prices off of the menu leaves the gate wide open for gouging, which is what they did. It'll be a looonnnggg time before I return to any Chili's.

My boyfriend and I came to this location earlier this evening, around 8 PM. It is currently 11 PM and we are both feeling VERY ill. tried to give it a few hours to see if it would settle, but we are both violently ill. For him it was likely bottom of the barrel beer, possibly not flushed lines or something, and i could taste old oil on the fries. Service from staff was wonderful, though we have found ourselves wishing we stayed in tonight.

My friend and I went to lunch today here at Chili's on Broadway. We had great food but the service topped it all. Our server's name was Jess and let me tell you.. anyone and I mean ANYONE working in a service industry should be providing the service this young lady did. The customer service from Jess went above and beyond. You may say, "well, duh, she was bucking for tips." Regardless, she definitely deserved the tips. The food was great (way to promote on TV Chili's.. you got us there! đ). I apologize for not getting the hostess's name. She held the door. The kitchen staff was on task! The bussers were on task. Great job everyone!! I won't wait so long next time to come again.

I ordered a surf and turf plate for delivery and forgot the surf. They sent a surf and turf order out WITHOUT THE SHRIMP. Literally how does that even happen? I only ordered from them for the shrimp, and I couldnât even get it delivered separately. The partial refund they gave me wouldnât cover the cost if I could have it delivered separately. If I only wanted steak and rice I would have ordered from Applebees and gotten it cheaper.
