I worked at Chip for a shift. Upon sharing I felt unsafe around another co worker, I was fired. This is not a safe space. If you feel unsafe, please let someone know. I wish Chip the best. God Bless.

Ryan is the most rude, unqualified customer service/manager I have encountered in a long time. If you want to be yelled at and called names, go pick up your cookies after the delivery never shows up......he will tell you off, call you names, throw your cookies in a box and say that he doesn't need to have any customer service.
Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. I ordered for a delivery for my daughters birthday and she did NOT receive the cookies. Not only that, there has been ZERO communication from them. They do not answer the phone and so far no email response. Completely disappointing as I am now struggling last minute to get something for her from out of State. I wish I would have read these FB reviews first and I NEVER would have ordered.
