Three times I have paid $8 for extra steak and this restaurant put *half* the steak of a normal burrito on it. It doesn't happen every time, it's frequent enough, and only on orders with extra steak, to think one of them might be doing it on purpose. Chipotle makes it very difficult to contact customer service, so I'm putting it here.
When I was working food service, you could get fired for that.

I ordered extra lettuce on my burrito bowl and did not receive it. It was more like a burrito cup not a bowl, not very much food in my bowl.The steak meat were bigs chunks and very fatty. I ordered extra chips and guacamole and the chips were chewy not crunchy. Dissatisfied experience.

This Chipotle location is in my rotation of regular lunch spots and has proven to be a dice roll. Sometimes, portions are reasonable, if not generous, and service is realistically fast with it being a noon-1pm lunch rush. However, more often, I have had repeated experiences where I have received very stingy portions with subpar-quality ingredients. I understand that there is a need to conserve ingredients during a rush so that everyone can have a decent order, but honestly, if you're going to charge the same (inflated) price for a bowl, be as generous as possible. I'm not one to hold up a line when a preferred ingredient needs to be restocked, but I don't think it's unreasonable to go in expecting a decent selection of food. I find it very frustrating to be charged the same amount when, about half the time, I am not able to receive a decent portion of rice or fajita veggies in particular, if at all. Service is prompt and friendly and I certainly cannot blame them for following company protocol, but even amongst workers on the same line, I've witnessed issues with standardizing portion size and quality assurance. All in all, I like Chipotle and will likely continue to come here for lunch, but I would love to come without the expectation of being disappointed or underwhelmed with my meal.

This chipotle sucks dude anytime you come here they are out of everything and they give you the worse portions sizes I swear..So annoying mannnn I just wanna leave the line most the time when they making my burritos sooo beat dude. Waste of money man

Yum! Fresh food prepared just as you like it. Steak was good and fresh as were the grilled veggies. The parking lot is Grinch sized though.
Placed an order and when I got it delivered to me there were things added to my meal. I have a child who is a picky eater and meat was added to his plain cheese quesadilla. I got a bowl for my self and got NO beans because I am allergic and got a ton of black beans taking up majority of my bowl.
