Placed an order and when I got it delivered to me there were things added to my meal. I have a child who is a picky eater and meat was added to his plain cheese quesadilla. I got a bowl for my self and got NO beans because I am allergic and got a ton of black beans taking up majority of my bowl.

I miss the honey chicken that they discontinued. The service at this chipotle was great. I hit them up about 7 minutes before closing and got zero attitude from the server and cashier.

Well this sucked, the service has been worse each time, they act almost as if I am the problem, they ask you a question in a really rude tone, keep asking me what was it, right after asking me almost as if we didn't just talk, the portion of food seems to keep getting smaller, I like to get the tacos which are pricey but I love the food so I am willing to pay for it but when making the tacos they never fill them the same, they always only put like 4 pieces of chicken and over stuff it with rice, very sloppy with the product control spilling random foods into the other foods, I'm always watching to make sure they don't scoop the mixed food into mine. Almost all containers were basically empty, so it was hard rice, hard beans, and my food was cold. Im sorry but I love Chipotle and would recommend anyone to try it but not at this location because that was terrible, the only person that was nice was the cashier, thank you to her for being the only one that was nice. All around was a terrible experience, and I am not sure if I will go back to this location again.

Do not order online (I used the app) for pick up at this location. I had a normal burrito bowl order and I selected extra rice and extra cheese. I received less cheese and rice than I've ever had before. Not sure what I did to get that but sad because I treated myself to that last night and the extra rice/cheese is what makes the bowl for me :( let alone getting LESS than a normal size of both. I wish I didn't tip on the app before seeing what I got.

Waited 30 minutes on a Sunday night. Only 2 staff on the line…. Guy gave me half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for a bit more, he added 1 extra piece. The guy in front of me got a full scoop of chicken without having to ask. Terrible customer service overall.

Super nice guy and gal working. They were super friendly and helpful when I told them I had an order with a gluten allergy. They didn’t make me feel bad or guilty to take a few extra steps so my child could have a safe lunch.
