Occasionally come to this location and it’s been good (for a Chipotle) in the past. Not today. Rice wasn’t prepared upon my arrival. Manager was kind enough to take care of my meal. Got home and tried the rice. No lime, a paltry sum of cilantro, and severely under seasoned. At that point, I decided to check my chicken portion. Shorted 1/4 of the portion.

Everytime i order from here my food is slopped together i ordered 3 tacos and they were sloppily wrapped in tinfoil and all stuck together and there was so much toppings and no meat at all to where when i tried to even eat it it all got ripped apart cause the 3 soft tacos were all stuck and soggy from the random sauce they put on it that i diddnt even order , and the last time i ordered pick up they also slapped my bowl together so sloppy and i ordered double meat and spent more money and they diddnt even put in the other meat i ordered and i spent like 25 bucks on that , idk if they just slop together take out orders cause im not standing right in front of them or what but it was terrible and i probably wont ever order from here again its ridiculous

I ordered some beans, and I clearly asked the girl; I need the beans to NOT have anything spicy on them, do they have anything Spicy on the black beans ?! She said, NO they are not spicy. So I bought the beans ! I came home and fed a person that is SICK and can’t have anything spicy ! Well guess what ?! The beans are extremely spicy !! Next time train your employees to ask the cook what they add to these beans, instead of just confirming that it aint spicy !!

Ordered on the app and picked up in-store. There were no fajita vegetables on my tacos, but otherwise they were good. I checked the label on the order -- I did indeed ask for fajita vegetables. Ah, well. I'm only in town for a day or so, but it still sucks to be disappointed by one of my regular lunchtime places.
