Chipotle has lost its touch. They are so stingy with their meats and everything ends up as a soggy slop. Can tell the workers are over worked or under paid.. dont seem to care about how they assemble or roll the burritos and they just slop giant scoops of any of the toppings except the rice or meat on and make an undistinguishable sludge.

A lady with a norse piercing (septum), who was brunette was extremely rude. They made a mistake and when we asked to get that corrected she looked at us like we were a hustle and still charged the full price…. Maybe be nice next time

This location is an abysmal disappointment. Food is constantly missing ingredients, sometimes flat out wrong meals. Today I found a chewy piece of pork fat in the queso, let's all be thankful I'm not a vegetarian so it’s not a real problem. Portions are smaller than the patience I have left for this establishment. Everything is too expensive these days for this kind of garbage to perpetuate. The 1737 S Meridian location is phenomenal, take the drive, go there instead.

If I could put no stars I would! We just moved to Idaho & were warned about racism being a thing here… people have been very kind to us until today.
We walked in & were greeted by two nice young women helping us get started on our order. They pressed our tortillas and just after choosing our meat one of the guys (not even on the line) decided to completely interrupt our process by taking both of our food mid order & throwing it straight into the trash without explanation.
That left us confused also because there was a very awkward moment of silence as the two girls helping us looked just as confused as we were.. My husband asks if there was something wrong with our order, the girls didn’t have a clue. So a different guy (who also wasn’t on the line side) gives us a crappy excuse of the tortillas having mold on it. So the girls started remaking our burritos, but at that point we were already very uncomfortable. You would think if our tortillas were moldy the two actually helping us would’ve seen it? but someone on the other side suddenly decides our order must be trashed immediately?
The least the guy who trashed our food could’ve done (if that was even true) was let us know before he did that like “Hey we want to give you guys the freshest or better quality tortillas so we are going to toss these & remake your order, sorry about that.” But the silence just came off very disrespectful… Especially the weird fact that someone else had to explain his actions for him…
We tried to reason in our minds because we’re human… we get things happen, but at the end of the day none of it made sense & it was a horrible experience. We didn’t even want the food anymore at that point.Would never come to this location again.

Occasionally come to this location and it’s been good (for a Chipotle) in the past. Not today. Rice wasn’t prepared upon my arrival. Manager was kind enough to take care of my meal. Got home and tried the rice. No lime, a paltry sum of cilantro, and severely under seasoned. At that point, I decided to check my chicken portion. Shorted 1/4 of the portion.
