This location is just dirty. Went in on a Sunday, not super busy, just steady. Ordered and payed, went to get my drink and all of the lemonades needed to be refilled and condiments were spilled all over the drink station. Went to go find a seat and every table was dirty, and I'm not just talking a few crumbs, because I would have been okay with that, I mean just crazy amounts of food and garbage on every table. I think people should clean their space when they leave, and an employee should be wiping tables off regularly. I understand when it's busy that it wouldn't be a priority, but it was not busy, maybe 3 seated groups. Outside tables were dirty as well. This was an unfortunate experience. I also didn't appreciate being rushed through the line when I'm the only one in line lol

Probably one of the worst chipotles i have been to.. the service is horrible and the portions are seriously ridiculous.. i asked for double meat and the second scoop the guy gave me had three pieces of meat so i said oh can i get double meat, i dont mind paying.. and he said yeah, i gave you double.. so, i said "that scoop literally had 3 pieces of meat on it"..and he just starred at me .. i just walked away and left...

Vegetarian options: Veggie options are free guacamole or vegan sofritas which are fine. The guac quality can be inconsistent depending on the day. I think both black and pinto beans are vegetarian but usually just get black beans. Quesadilla is good comfort food too.

My girls and I had some christmas shopping to do today , and we wanted to grab some chipotle first. We were the first customers of the morning. We walk up to the counter I ask the gal how's she doing , she says fine , then this other gal walks by , she's throwing and slamming spoons , rolling her eyes , mumbling and complaining under her breath , and continues walking around slamming things around. It was so childish and unprofessional, the man that checked us out was relatively friendly but the food was cold. But I didn't dare complain bc that lady back there was already on a rampage. Probably won't be back so unprofessional and the food wasn't even good. I have a video of the lady I'm talking about should the general manager want to see who it was.
The food is consistently flavorful, cooked appropriately & reasonably priced (with the current inflation). The service is usually very good.Dietary restrictions: It's easy to select dairy & gluten free options.

I ordered some food through door dash and when my food arrived I couldn't even believe what I got. There were 6 items missing in my bowl and what they didn't forget was severely under portioned. I can't even believe someone looked at this and thought it was ok to give out. I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous enough to make me do it. Also many times in the past I would get large chunks of meat in my food and I'm vegetarian. Please do better.

The worst Chipotle I have had In 15 years....not sure why the beef tasted sludgy and mushy with a bad taste. I ate 25% and couldn't eat anymore. The bowls are lightly made and you have to ask for more of everything. Very expensive to Not have a full bowl...and the servers being Stingy with Everything you ask for. ? Then the soda fountain had No ice.
This is the best Chipotle in Boise. Always friendly, fast and clean.
