The rice was old and hard, I had to tell them that so they went to the back and barely got some for my order, food didn’t taste as good as other places(chipotles) drinks machine was out of ice for an hour and no one checks on it . This was Tuesday 09/30/25 around 6:30 pm

I was looking forward to a burrito and a soda. Of which I got both. The burrito was as good as always. The soda wasn’t as enjoyable as the store had no ice. Evidently I was the only one that didn’t know that there was no ice. They happily sold me a large drink of Luke warm soda. The fact that there was no ice and I was sold a large drink without all the information confirms other reviews that the service here is below most standards.

This place has gone way down hill. Soggy/slimy burrito, undercooked/grisly chicken, hard rice, and underwhelming flavors. Do not recommend. The staff are always nice though.
Don’t even think about coming in anywhere near closing time unless you want to be ignored when trying to talk to the employee and jipped out of a chipotle standard burrito. Young man was doing less than a scoop full of each item while having a bothered upset look on his face. I have a picture of the half sized “burrito” really disappointed this place costs too much to have horrible service and lackluster food

This is the worst Chipotle we have ever gone to. For example, last night no black beans, no vegetables, overcooked chips, no ice, no forks, no fizz in the soda. Lack of menu items is a regular thing and the ice machine has been broken for months. Skip this location and go over to the Milwaukee location.
