We came for our little ones birthday today and everything was kind of a mess. The games were clean but the bathrooms were missing various thing between men and womens (soap, toilet paper, etc). Our pizzas didnt come out until an hour and 15 mins into the party so we had to scrunch pizza, cake and presents back to back to be finished in time. The end of the party time passed and none of the parties had done the ticket blaster so luckily i remembered and was able to get someone to do it. Then Chuck E was to come out and say happy birthday to the birthday kids but so much time had passed that we ended up missing it. I dont believe it was the staffs fault, i ASSUME they were very short staffed today so i am giving them the benefit of the doubt this time. The few employees that were there during our party seemed like they were working really hard but it was clear they were understaffed. *Want to add that i was here just last month for my nieces party and it was a much more coordinated event with pizza coming out within a few mins of the party and more communication between the staff and bday mom so i know something was just off today

The service was horrible! The salad bar was missing all kinds of stuff. All our food came out cold after being told it had to be reheated. The staff was very young and not trained well. We were overcharged for drinks and they couldnt explain why other than the signage was not correct…. We will not return to this establishment. We asked for refunds and they told us no.

I took my grandkids 2 of them one is 2 years and 7 there wasn't only but 4 rides games for my 2 year old games were much more for older kids

Salad bar was pretty disgusting for atleast 30 min after I brought up to their attention that 1. There was no lettuce 2. Veggies were bad 3. Potatoe salad was watery 4. Croutons empty and so on. I first waited about 10 minutes when nothing was done I asked to speak to the manager, somehow no one knew where she was. Waited another 20-30 min and it still looked the same. I watched the person in the back cut the lettuce, no gloves, right next to chemicals, she kept walking away never finishing it. 70$ worth of disgusting tasteless food. Haven't been in about 4 years and definitely not coming back.

We absolutely love Chuck E. Cheese! This place is perfect for my kiddos. I feel safe & everything is clean. We love coming here! Ethan one of the workers is so friendly towards my family and we always have a great time: plus the food comes out fast.

What can I say, I've been going to chuck e since I was a kid and this location keeps the nostalgia alive. Great service and the food is pretty good too. They recently moved stuff around and I couldn't find a single game that was not operational when I last went. Also, the halloween theme and candy at 6pm is a nice addition. Love you Chuck E ❤️ 🐁
Every other machines is broken. Bathrooms are disgusting at the beginning of the day.
Two kids was $65 for 45 minutes. Dont waste your money. Take your kids to pojos down the road or anywhere else.

What a great experience tonight! The staff were great, the place is clean and very well kept. The games all work and were lots of fun. The food is really good too! I was not looking forward to going here given what I remember of Chuck E Cheese from 15-20 years ago but boy was I pleasantly surprised. Great establishment and I highly recommend.

had a party here earlier today and it was nice and all, but very stressful because the staff wasn’t around to “host”. it costs extra to have that extra hand of help and they were nowhere to be found the whole time unless it was time to pack up & leave. food was 10/10.
