Every other machines is broken. Bathrooms are disgusting at the beginning of the day.
Two kids was $65 for 45 minutes.
Dont waste your money.
Take your kids to pojos down the road or anywhere else.

What a great experience tonight! The staff were great, the place is clean and very well kept. The games all work and were lots of fun. The food is really good too! I was not looking forward to going here given what I remember of Chuck E Cheese from 15-20 years ago but boy was I pleasantly surprised. Great establishment and I highly recommend.

had a party here earlier today and it was nice and all, but very stressful because the staff wasn’t around to “host”. it costs extra to have that extra hand of help and they were nowhere to be found the whole time unless it was time to pack up & leave. food was 10/10.

We've been coming every year as closely to New Years Day as we can for 18 years. Most of our kids are adults now but everyone still comes.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was absolutely unforgettable! This place is perfect for kids of all ages, and everyone can find something they enjoy.
One of the main attractions was the huge screen showing clips with beloved children’s characters from cartoons and TV shows. The kids were thrilled to see their favorite characters and eagerly participated in the games on the stage with moving images, jumping and catching them.
The cheerful children's music added to the festive atmosphere, creating a great mood for all the guests. The trampolines and various arcade games provided plenty of entertainment, and every child found something fun to do.
The food was also delightful – delicious pizza, drinks, and ice cream (I believe there was ice cream😁). It was a perfect way to round off the celebration.
Overall, Chuck E. Cheese is an ideal place for kids’ birthday parties, where children of all ages can have an amazing time and create lasting memories!

Great for birthday parties.👍 Love their thin crust pizza and salad bar. Lots of games for the kids that have a good reward system. 😃 Chucky also makes appearances for everyone too.

Had my son's birthday here December 8, 2024. It was so easy to make reservations, an employee contacted me to confirm all my reservations week before. All staff and services were great the day of the party. My guests and I had a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend.

The two people I encountered here today did not look pleased to be working here. Customer service wish I could put a 0. No napkins, forks, or anything to serve pizza and cake with. Awful for a (reserved birthday table). Even after complaining to the manager we never received anything to serve the cake with. Waited by the door to be checked in and no there was no line it was right before 3 and only 3 separate families in the facility. Bathrooms out of toilet paper at 2:50? If it was this slow, why weren't the bathrooms stocked? Because of pure ignorance and laziness. Compensation when the one that booked the venue complained was a coupon for next time? The two people working@2:45 today looked like they would rather be anywhere but there. Bad vibes for a birthday party.

My daughter's first Chuck E Cheese experience. It isn't what it used to be. They replaced the fun climb in thing with a lame trampoline that an employee has to let kids in at. It is tiny and silly. The climb thing was waaaay better. Half of the machines just took money and never played or were broke. Everything was really expensive and the prizes were super weak. We had fun for a little bit and then the kids were ready to leave a lot faster than normal. Pizza was $23 for a one topping. Yikes. All the food was overpriced, including the drinks. We would have got food or drinks if they didn't cost so much. They had a lame TV instead of animatronics and a stage. It was really hard to find available staff. We used to go all the time, I feel like this was our last. My daughter had fun on the rides, but she didn't seem to want to do much else. Not the same Chuck E Cheese I took my son to his entire childhood. Not near as fun.

How could anyone like this place used to be so good as a kid and now it’s been ruined by management that clearly does not care. Everyone was rude and frankly, the entire experience was very upsetting. This place is doomed to fail unless they do something about the poor management. Overprice food, terrible atmosphere terrible experience.
