The district manager, TONY REYNOLDS, is driving this location into the ground. An egotistical, self-absorbed, finance bro is in charge of this location’s future. He rolls into town with his Dodge Challenger rental, struts around the place (as much as he can) and puts down everyone around him. The local people have tried to stay positive and build an environment conducive to kids having fun at least, but TONY REYNOLDS is deplorable. As are the higher ups at this company. They went through bankruptcy and now all their management is laser focused on the bottom line at the expense of customers and their workers. Go to Wahooz. Go to ANY bowling alley in town and you’ll find better games and atmosphere. WAY overpriced. Steer clear.

We just went here for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed and more. My daughter and all her friends had an absolute blast going there! I couldn't have been more thankful that they made it a super smooth process for her party. They greeted us as we walked in and had a checklist of everything that they had ready for us. The food and drinks were great! The service was great and they gave my daughter a lot of perks on her birthday. She had a smile the whole time, which is all I care about!

When we went, we were the first people to walk through the door. Our hand stamps were #001. The place was filthy. There were dirty dishes on tables (I'm assuming from the night before), little pieces of trash all over the floor, and the trash in the women's bathroom was full of dirty diapers. It was very obvious that they didn't clean the night before or that morning before they opened the doors.That being said, the staff were very nice and accommodating with our toddlers. The games were all fun, but because of the blatant lack of cleanliness, we were unwilling to order food.

My nephew has his birthday parties here. It's a good place for smaller kids. I don't mind it it's just hard to talk with your party guest with all the loud noise. But we don't mind it too much, I enjoy the food. The pizza isn't too bad, prices are good for the birthday package. music is nice too it's family friendly. I like how Chuck E Cheese comes out and greets the kids. The staff is nice and will cater to every need. They make sure the parents are happy and kids are having fun.

I have not been here in 10 years at least. I like the play options. My kid and her cousins had a great time! The pizza tasted way better than I expected it to. Then I looked in the kitchen and almost threw up! There were paper towels ALL over the floor! It looked like the floor of a very dirty gas station bathroom! I almost expected to see rats or cockroaches roaming around! It was Disgusting! It doesn't matter how clean the lobby/game room looks it the kitchen where the food is actually made looks disgusting! CLEAN THE KITCHEN!!!! On top of this when I tried to call to discreetly let them know it needed cleaning I couldn't even talk to a person! The recording literally told me that were CLOSED! I was just There, they were NOT closed. Also some of the staff was great! I loved that they had to verify my daughter belonged to my husband as we were leaving! Made me feel secure in knowing she wouldn't be taken by a stranger! However, one of the staff was helping us get prizes. I had 3 kids that needed prizes. He scanned one of the passes. Gave the kid a few of the things he asked for then threw him a sucker even though he asked for something different then WALKED AWAY! So rude! Luckily his co-worker jumped right in and took over but the other guy shouldn't even worm there in my opinion!

My husband and I took our daughter here and while she had a great time, I couldn’t help but think about how dirty everything is. We arrived at 10:30 am and they open at 10. The workers were vacuuming and you could tell the floor was still leftover and dirty from the previous day. Isn’t this supposed to be a done at closing? When you start looking around you see that nothing is really clean. The soda station looked like it had not had a true breakdown and cleaning in a while. When I went to the bathroom I had no toilet paper in my stall and the trash can had dirty diapers and was full. So you don’t clean the bathrooms, vacuum, or wipe down the soda station every day/night? This just made me think there is no way they are wiping down the machines. I don’t even want to think about the salad bar and kitchen. I just hope my daughter doesn’t want to come back here. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food is to be expected as a fast food place. Overall the remodel in recent years is ‘nice’ but you still need maintain a clean environment, people notice. Word of advice-make your employees do a true closing shift. Your guests should be walking into a clean environment every time you open. The owner and the manager set the tone and the bar for what is expected from staff. Obviously the owner or the manager don’t care about keeping it clean. This isn’t the first review talking about how dirty it is.

This place is a health hazard. I will be making a complaint with Ada County Health (Central District Health) Salad bar is very unsanitary. They left all the food for the salad bar out over night and just put a thin metal like blanket over it and then took it off when they opened the next day as we got there right when they opened and we saw them take it off. The salad bar is not temperature controlled and only kept chilled with ice; when are restaurants allowed to keep food kept over night with ice and not in a temperature controlled refrigerator…(hint, they are not)…The whole place looked like it hand not been cleaned from the day prior. Food all over the tables and floors, trash bins overflowing and some games not even working. Again we were there on a Sunday at 11 right when they open. Have notified the health department about the salad bar and hope it gets addressed before a kid or parent gets very sick. This location should not be allowed to be open! I would have been more understanding if they were attempting to clean up the place since we were there right when they opened, but no one was walking around cleaning a thing during the two hours we were there.

I had to give it a 3 stars. This place has been going downhill for a long time. It should come as no surprise why I put three stars. Firstly the staff was super friendly. They were nice and didn’t pester us. We came here for my son’s 4th birthday. The food isn’t nearly worth the price but you don’t come here for the food, you come here for the fun right? Well the machines didn’t seem nearly as clean as I would’ve liked. I’m SUPER worried about germs especially with kids and how they pick there noses and wipe it on everything. I can’t afford to have my kids get sick. I get so worried and this place was so unclean. 4 tables had food on it, granted, it was so slow they didn’t have to clean it right away, but it was also so slow they could’ve cleaned it. They have enough games your kids will love it, and they have photo machines for kids who love to take photos. I gave it three stars because it does have food, friendly staff and kids will love it, but if you’re a parent and worried about cleanliness and hungry and looking forward to good food, this isn’t the place. They have cute kids bop music playing, which is great, kids love it. And we were there for about 1 1/2 hours and only one family came in. So it was us, for a good hour, alone. All alone, and then a mother and her two kids came in the last 30 minutes. So we had it to ourselves which was great so that we wouldn’t bother others with our children excitedly shrieking. Again, the place is for kids, so it’s fine for kids. But the cleanliness should be better.
