Cinnabon

I have come to this spot twice and both times I left extremely unhappy with the way I was treated. I was a server for over 10 years and I am not hard to please. However each time at this location the owner treated me like I was irritating her for being there. today I tried to get my son ice cream but he has a peanut allergy. she basically said go somewhere else. She could have shown some empathy for example "oh I'm sorry I am not comfortable serving you because I am not sure there isn't any cross contamination." But no I got "Do you have an epi pen!"
"Peanuts fall into the case you shouldn't get any." with an angry stare.

If you have a SWEET TOOTH this is the place to go. They make pretty good Cinnamon rolls. Not as good as old fashioned style but they are good and the service is fast. Go get your CINNAMON ROLL SWEET TOOTH satisfied.

Worst customer service and worst location I have ever seen ever, and trust me I have been to a lot of them! Don’t ask for what you want because you will get a lot of attitude in return for it, even if you graciously tipped them. Very inhospitable, and very rude, may be due to the fact that I am a minority!

The sisters who work in the store now are very nice, I like their conversation and behavior, I always buy a lot from here, their food is very interesting and they serve nice people, the people who work here are amazing.

Don't ever ask for the big one in the pan! Felt like we were asking for the impossible. Helpers made me feelTerrible!

We’ve been going here — which is also a Häagen-Dazs, the last 6 years. They have the BEST midnight cookies and cream milkshake! It’s my husbands favorite and I always surprise him with it. We haven’t been here since Covid hit and I went today. For a milkshake AND small little Cinnabon bites! The lady working the cash register was super nice and gentle. They’re ALWAYS such good people. Very friendly and upbeat. I haven’t had a SINGLE bad experience. I love the people here and I love the food here! The Cinnabon bites were fresh and filled with enough frosting! They were warm but not to hot, which was perfect because they were for my daughter! They’ve always been known for there amazing buns though so I’m not surprised! I’d say if you come here you should pair the Cinnabons WITH the midnight cookies and cream milkshake! Can’t go wrong!

This place is sooooo good.

WOW! I’ve gotten milkshakes and ice cream from the Haagen-Dazs they are tied to and have never been disappointed but being from California I wanted to try my very first Cinnabon. They were pretty busy but being a Saturday I can understand. I got a center of of the roll and what I think they call the classic roll and that has to be the best thing I’ve every tasted! Thank you Cinnabon for making my week!

Best cinnabon in Boise, everytime I go to the ones in the gas stations their rolls are dry and bland
