This beautiful back country lodge that’s just 40 mins from Boise is a must for anyone looking for amazing food and service. I highly recommend going and having lunch then drive just down the the road and hike or snowshoe at the gated forest service road called BIG SPRINGS RD

Great food! The atmosphere has a chill vibe.. entertaining karaoke, chill with neighborhood friends or if you're lucky Ronnie will pull out his guitar and y'all can sing right along. Prime Rib Special, cutwater white Russian and Denis' homeaid cheesecake... Your taste buds will thankyou.

Wonderful establishment, with a very clean mountain-esque, rustic ambience. Clear Creek Lodge has karaoke, live bands on the weekends, and a small dance floor. There is even a small room with a pool table separate from the beer bar.The owner, Mr. Long, is exceedingly professional and is very much a people person. Who takes extra time to socialize with his patrons. The locals who patron the establishment all seem to be happy interacting with outsiders.Now for the food, there is a separate restaurant seating room. With all homemade with old school personal recipes. Their new jalapeno bacon cheeseburger is to die and go to burger heaven for. Their burgers are not frozen patties these are hand ground inhouse. The fries are real potatoes sliced, blanched and perfectly deep fried. Using clean oil and deep fried at the proper temperature, so they are seared golden brown, with no interior oil saturation. All their sauces are also homemade. There is no substitute equal to their fry sauce, or marinara. My favorite is the ranch, oh my gosh I am salivating right now thinking about it.In short this is my new favorite, get out of town with a short road trip, place to go. For great food and friendly people to socialize with.

Wednesday between 10 and 11 and they already stop serving food. However were nice enough to have them whip up some chicken nachos which were very good even after they close the kitchen.
