The main issue lowering my review with the Coffee Mill is, unfortunately, the coffee. I have tried it multiple times and I just do not like it - often tastes burnt or overly bitter. The location is great, the building is very aesthetically pleasing, the help is often pleasant, and the food is pretty good. It is a nice stop on the greenbelt, and some of the iced drinks are decent. But, when my primary desire is coffee, I go to different locations.

I live close to the mill and every Friday morning I take my kids to get smoothies and hot chocolate while I get coffee. My daughter absolutely loves her smoothie. It tastes like a real fruit smoothie and not syrup. I always change up my coffee and I haven't been disappointed. We love the drive-thru option.

We stop by the Coffee Mill whenever we are in the area. The coffee is great, the prices are good and the employees are friendly. The inside is always clean and organized. Definitely would recommend this place for a good cup of coffee.

I was really excited to have a coffee shop on Hwy 21, near Harris Ranch. I have been there six times and now am not so excited. I won't return, Why? --it's SO expensive without matching value. Example: The price of one shot--ONE SHOT--of espresso is $2.65. !!--The pastries are adequate and not deserving of double the price of the same item at other stores. --The pastries, when heated, stick to the bag. Yech.--The outdoor area is full of dogs and kids--The indoor area is really uncomfortable. Go downtown, to Zero Six, to any coffee shop on Broadway Ave. Every single one is 100 times more comfie--Some employees who are positive toward selected patrons and not to others (like me---fat old white woman who nevertheless is financially very well off)

Visited with friends when while on a bike ride on the Greenbelt. This was our turnaround point. We ate breakfast sandwiches and had coffee.
They will sell you something and then tell you that they don't have any more and not offer a resolution.

We stopped here for a break during a bike ride. I Had the ham and Swiss croissant, and an oatmilk latte. The food was really tasty and the coffee had great flavor. Not "bunrt" tasting like so many other places. Atmosphere was comfortable and seemed bicycle-friendly. They even had a fireplace outside for cooler days. We will definitely stop here again.Dietary restrictions: They had a variety of milk options.

Grabbed a blended caramel mocha, an egg sandwich, and a boysenberry scone in the drive-thru and was not super impressed with any of my choices. The drink was average, the scone was too sweet and slightly burned and I couldn't finish it, and the egg sandwich was a basic egg round on an English muffin, so nothing to write home about. The staff was very friendly and the order was up quickly, but I'm not sure it's enough to bring me back. Boise has way too many coffee shops to settle for mediocrity.

I come here all the time with my friends after school. Their drinks and food are good and it’s a fun environment to hang out or get school work done. The staff are always really friendly

Nice place to run the clock down while we were waiting for an appointment. Unfortunately they didn't have any low-carb food selections.
