We walking into the store anticipating the new lucky charms item. The picture looked appetizing however when we were greeted with frowns we knew it already was lacking in the experience. They proceeded to take our order and make the lucky charms ice creams however they had 0 marshmallows. When I asked why they didn’t have any their response was that they weren’t in the container. I noted that it looked nothing like the picture and Maggie told me “it’s just a picture” and proceeded to give us attitude when we were paying for our order. I wouldn’t recommend the lucky charms ice cream either. It tasted like the milk you get after eating the cereal and that’s about it. Maggie was exceptionally rude and made the experience a bust. Do yourself a favor and be kind to your customers. It will take you farther than you think.

Understaffed and not well managed. Also more expensive than I remember, $30 for an ice cream cake, yikes. Cold stone hasn't been the same since the pandemic.

This place is hit or miss. I am a huge fan of peanut butter milkshakes and its about a 50/50 chance it will be done right. I ordered one and it came out very thin and the guy making it for me tried to argue with me about it. Thankfully the gal there working made me another one that was pretty close to good. Not my go to place for shakes.

Each year for my birthday, I like to get a ice cream cake for my birthday. Today picked up a cake on the way home. After we made it home, I found a long piece of hair in the ice cream.

Customer service was mediocre and promised a call when it was ready came in 2 days after it was supposed to be ready to find it had been ready…. The part I’m really mad about is the cake was supposed to be eight layers not two. I don’t think it’s very hard to cut a cake and make the layers. I feel like this is just laziness.

The ice cream is usually good, but the service I just received was shocking to say the least. The lady working behind the counter was very nice and greeted me when I came in. However the man working the register is where I had an issue. I stopped in quickly and paid with cash, and the person working the register just dropped my change into their tip jar without even asking if I wanted to tip. I'm a very good tipper, and I believe that all food service staff usually deserve their tips. I work in food service myself and tips are always appreciated when WILLINGLY given by the customer. Not even asking if I wanted to tip and just assuming that I would give them my change as a tip really rubbed me the wrong way. After dropping it into the tip jar he asked if I wanted a receipt, but said nothing about my change, as if I didn't see him just drop it into their tips... Now I'm not going to be pressed over a few dollars and some change, and I didn't ask for it back because I think the lady who was working deserves it and I'm not going to take from her tips due to the other person's actions. I probably would have given them that change anyways if I had been given the opportunity to make that choice. However, the whole principle of not even asking if I want to leave a tip or allowing me to tip the staff myself is very disrespectful. Do better and learn to ask if someone would like to leave a tip before assuming you're entitled to it. Due to this interaction I won't be back! I hope management has a conversation with whoever was working.

I ordered a cake a week before I needed it and when I went to pick it up, the employee confirmed they had the order, but the person closing the day before just didn't make it. Their solution was to make another order for the next day and that their manager would come in and do it. If I didn't get my cake after making an order a week in advance, what was the likelihood I was getting it the next day? Besides the fact that I needed it the day I made the pickup for? The employee has me grab a cake out of their freezer as a replacement, but I had no customization (which is the whole point of ordering online and in advance in the first place)and no sympathy from them about the fact I paid for a cake I did not ultimately receive.Do not order a cake from this location, they don't actually give a **** to make it.

Love me some Cold Stone! Can’t go wrong with some cake batter ice cream.

Please do not suggest a 20% tip for a simple transaction. I grabbed a pre-made cake out of the cooler. To ask me to tip 20% to ring up a cake is ridiculous.

the ice cream was good obviously. All the staff was having drama or something with each other like yelling at each-other but it was kind of funny but also annoying because it was making them take forever. behind the counter was filthy and overall it was dirty. they were NOT low staffed someone could have gone to clean their lobby.

Waited 40 minutes in line and they can't even get the order correct we told them no peanut butter and it was still mixed in form the last order, I'm just glad I tried it since I'm not allergic to it. . I will say that the ice cream is still very good after it got fixed

Purchased a cake for our daughter's 18th birthday. Great service (as usual). Fun place to go in any season.
