I love salads! Most places like Costa Vida have Big salads. At Costa Vida I really like that I can choose a smaller salad.

Everything made fresh to order. Great selection of meats to choose from and lots of different sauces and salsas as well. Chips were delicious. Food was very good, and the portion size was decent for the price. The restaurant was super clean inside, and the bathrooms were clean as well. Would definitely go back here again to eat.

Costa Vida was a disappointing experience. The food was bland and lacked flavor, leaving much to be desired. The service was slow, inattentive, and marred by rude kids working there. The overall atmosphere was underwhelming and failed to create an enjoyable dining environment. I would not recommend Costa Vida to others. Don't waste your time or money.

Looks like "shrinkflation" has hit this location bad. They are so skimpy on everything. What used to be a hearty scoop is now a light sprinkle including sides of ruce and beans. Such a shame to see a place go downhill so far.

the employees are so freaking nice at this establishment! especially the blonde girl who likes pink floyd and often works rhe registerin addition to that, every time i stop in to pick up a door dash, they always have it ready for me unlike most restaurants. i loce coming to this

I’ve tried calling three separate times in the past 20 minutes. No one will answer. I ordered food off the website for pick up and and our entire order was made incorrectly. My food specifically said “NO SALSA” which means none of your salsa options including pico. You guys put pico on my food and now my entire meal tastes like onions. My partners food said green chile, you guys put red hot on his food. I’m currently pregnant, crying and not able to eat this food now without feeling sick. Im trying to call for a refund on this order and would like to have SOMEONE resolve this.

Usually, I'm in and out of this place. As a door dasher, the staff is always friendly and fast, which is truly appreciated! But this day after going to several other places, I decided to stop in here. And I got a small salad , sweet pork salad.*I found a hair at the bottom on the tortilla.The girl who greeted me with"Hello friend", was so sweet, I decided not to return it.Grossed Out, I trashed it all, over $11 down the drain.

I went to costa vida starving after work with my coworker , and i was rudely welcomed by a girl named hannah, she gave me so much attitude while checking me out, and proceeded to give me the wrong food and she acted like it wasn't her problem. i've never experienced such bad customer service in my life. for anyone thinking about eating here watch out for her...

I understand being in a rush to get things done. But to make sure that you have the name on the bags receipt right and still put someone’s else’s food in there?…baffled. Bamboozled I am. A mistake like this is not understandable. I’m truly not understanding. Do better costa vida. Do better.
