October 14, 2024 Made reservations for 6 @ 4:00 PM on the patio. When we were seated & tried to order drinks, we were told that we were on the wrong part/side of the patio & needed to be on the other side, the Happy Hour side for HH drink& food prices. ? We couldn't be seated together at one table as the tables were littler & they couldn’t put 2 together for us. ? “We” could order drinks & bring them out to where we were sitting, but couldn’t order food & bring out to where we were sitting. ? Something about the restraunts policy. When making the reservations, I was not told that the patio was divided into a Happy Hour side for HH prices, food & the other side was the regular menu etc. What was really upsetting, is it was a Monday & the place wasn’t crowded, especially the patio, maybe two other couples!! ? We’ll never go again & we will tell our friends and others about our experience @ the Cottonwood Grille. “IF” you do go, inquire about “ALL” the policys/regulations ahead.

We went to Cottonwood for our anniversary this year. The food tasted like something we might get at a retirement home. Our water cups sat empty during our time there. We love the Happy Hour but we will not go to Cottonwood for dinner again.

Super spendy for crappy drinks and mediocre food. It's pretty slow, too. Lots of other places that aren't so overpriced and has better food. Don't order the ahi, worst I've ever had.
I was very surprised to walk into The Cottonwood to find it under one-third compacity on a Friday night at 7PM. The service was slow and made several mistakes with our orders, even bringing the wrong items. The food is not the quality it used to be either. One step above Applebee's. With all the mistakes, they did not even attempt to make it right. It is said when a great place like this becomes so so.

We were seated but waited 10 minutes on an empty patio for a server to take our drink and food orders. Restaurant inside was not busy. 25 minutes later she still hadn't come back with any part of our order. My friend went inside to ask if the order was put in but couldn't find her. He canceled with the bar tender and we left. I have never had such terrible service at this place. It has a lovely patio and a great location but we won't chance wasting our time here again.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner there on Sat...the seafood pasta is to die for, also their blueberry cheesecake. Yum.
