We went to Cottonwood for our anniversary this year. The food tasted like something we might get at a retirement home. Our water cups sat empty during our time there. We love the Happy Hour but we will not go to Cottonwood for dinner again.
Cottonwood is place grandma and I go for lunch. She loves this restaurant! I would not go here without her. The food is always good enough but service is always excellent.

I was very surprised to walk into The Cottonwood to find it under one-third compacity on a Friday night at 7PM. The service was slow and made several mistakes with our orders, even bringing the wrong items. The food is not the quality it used to be either. One step above Applebee's. With all the mistakes, they did not even attempt to make it right. It is said when a great place like this becomes so so.
