The food was simply awful. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad. It was a pile of old lettuce with what tasted like bottled dressing pooled at the bottom; I did not see any cheese. But what was terrible was the chicken- at least I was told it was chicken. Irregular very thin pieces that were a strange, unappetizing brown color throughout. When questioned the waiter said they didn't use breast meat. (But was it chicken?)! The taste was strange & after a couple of bites, I stopped eating for fear of getting sick. I asked for a take home box thinking at least maybe I can eat the salad part. I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money. I don't think I have ever had a worse meal out ever- this wins the prize. I will never go back. Ever. The menu was not easy to read, and everything was more expensive than other places. They do not offer the nice soup and salad combos offered at many restaurants- for less than my awful salad! The restaurant was empty at noon when I was there. That should have been my first clue.

Food was terrible, A crab and Shrimp salad with only 2 shrimp and crab that looked like and tasted like it came out of a can. A steak with a shrimp pasta with marinara sauce. The steak had a very tough and fatty edge, cut it of the cook was good the flavor was lacking and spice to it. The shrimp marinara sauce pasta was horrible. No flavor, tasted like a cheap canned sauce was used. Then to top it off the waitress wrung up another table on our credit card as well as ours. It was a nightmare. She did get it fixed but not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this place to any one weather I liked them or not. Worst place we have ever eaten in the Boise Valley.

I ordered shrimp and salmon. It came in a pool of butter that spilt on myself and the table. The salmon had black stuff in it. The server was very nice and helpful, but the manager would not see us. The server said the manager said it was normal and fine to eat. I have eaten salmon hundreds of times and have never seen this. So I paid for this gross looking salmon and left hungry. Disgusting. The shrimp had many veins left on them, so many of those were left behind. The server was very nice and apologetic. We could

This place used to be O'Crabs. It has a nautical theme. Lots of good looking food on the menu, but we were in for a small lunch. There weren't many people there just after noon, but we were already there so we stayed. Quite a few drafts on tap, but we just had water. The wife ordered the bagel with cream cheese and salmon while I ordered the shrimp platter with fries and steamed veggies.I didn't taste the bagel but she said it was good and fresh. The lettuce on the plate was pretty limpy. My platter was okay, the shrimp wasn't overcooked, tasted good and had a light batter on them. They were fairly warm. The broccoli, carrots and squash wasn't warm at all, but I do know broccoli gets cold fast. The fries were lightly battered and tasted good, but they weren't hot at all. Just a guess, but it seemed like the fries and veggies were plated before the shrimp was cooked.Deanna did a decent job of taking care of us, though she seems new to the business. Overall it was okay and they are still probably going through growing pains since it opened just a few months ago.

Mostly a seafood place with nautical decor, it used to be O'Crabs. The lack of customers was a little disconcerting, but the squeeze and I were already there so we stayed. Good selection of tap beers, but we stuck with water. She ordered the bagel with cream cheese and salmon while I ordered the shrimp platter with fries and steamed veggies. I didn't taste the bagel but she said it was good and fresh. The lettuce on the plate was pretty limpy. My platter was okay, the shrimp wasn't overcooked and had a tempura like batter on them. They were fairly warm. The broccoli, carrots and squash wasn't warm at all, but I do know broccoli gets cold faster than toes in the snow. The fries were lightly battered and tasted good, but they weren't hot at all. Just a guess, but it seemed like the fries and veggies were plated before the shrimp was cooked. We went for lunch. The appetizer was delicious. Then we waited. We could see that our server was the only person doing everything: hostess, bartender, waitress, and chef. I ordered the fettuccine/steak seafood dish. My daughter ordered the chef seafood salad. My grandson ordered the chicken wings. The chef salad came with a huge platter of lettuce and 2 shrimp for $19.00! My fettuccini came out without the medium rare steak. The chicken wings came out looking like a pile of guck on a bare plate. There wasn’t any dipping sauce to be seen. After we had finished eating, my steak came out well done (it looked like shoe leather). 10 minutes later our waitress brought another steak in a Togo container. She apologized and said that 4 people didn’t show up for work and that if she could, she would comp our meal. But the manager,Jason, wasn’t there. I am seriously wondering why he wasn’t there especially since they were so incredibly short staffed. For a restaurant only 2 months old, the management needs to be working 24/7. Our bill was $140.00 for terrible food and an overworked employee. WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE! HUGE WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I went there today with a friend for a late lunch. Before I do my review I read all the reviews and think they are probably all Craig's or the owners friends. Craig was our waiter and he was fun and did a good job. He's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. When we arrive we were greated promptly and seated. Service was good.We both had never had a boil before so decided to try it. My friend got Dungeness crab and shrimp and I got Snow Crab and shrimp. We both did garlic butter. The bread came which were 2 small rolls. Our boils came fairly quick and looked pretty good. But they were not very good rasting. The corn was mealy and was obviously frozen, but hey it not the season. My crab was overcooked, the legs were rubbery and soft and hard to open. Once you got it open there wasn't much in them....very disappointing for all that work for nothing. The shrimp were nothing special. My friend felt the same way and was sort of put off that her Dungeness crab wasn't cleaned. The top of the crab was still on it along with the organs. More crab in the legs than my snow crab but not by much.We were hoping but were very disappointed at our 40.00 each lunch and won't go back.

Thank you Craig AKA as CrayCray! although I didn't look at your license plate for the spelling- thank you again for dealing with me- even when placed at the Naughty table! Great service! and Great food once I made a decision!

This place has very good seafood. Our server Craig had to deal with a big load of tables but he handled it all like a champ. Reasonable prices, good food and service.

A good place to dine but not great. My server apologized for the lateness of getting my meal out to me. I did receive the soup and large potion of rice but could not finish the salmon filet and had to bring that home. My wife finished her meal while I was still eating mine. The takehome aluminum trays did not have the plastic covers that fitted over the trays properly. All in all, this restaurant was nice and clean and service was great but needs a little more “tweaking” for improvement.
