I have never been so mistreated at an airport yet alone, in general. Crystal in Pre TSA check was extremely disrespectful this AM as I put my son on a plane to serve our country. It costs nothing to be kind and she introduced a whole new level to customer service. If this is what represents Pre TSA, I would encourage everyone to reconsider.
They need to fix the cellphone waiting area. I'm so tired of trying to pick up my spouse due to all the idiots that block the road. He flights a few times a month so I frequently this airport and it just horrible. It would be nice if the police enforce the no parking in the road.
