I have never been so mistreated at an airport yet alone, in general. Crystal in Pre TSA check was extremely disrespectful this AM as I put my son on a plane to serve our country. It costs nothing to be kind and she introduced a whole new level to customer service. If this is what represents Pre TSA, I would encourage everyone to reconsider.

Had an amazing burger here. Their patties are massive 1/2 pound patties. The waitress was quick and friendly. It has a nice relaxed vibe. Perfect for the traveller looking to relax and have some good food before or after their flight.

Cross Grain Brewhouse was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of modern airtravel. Lots of comfortable seating, a good wine and beer list, the usual pub style food and generously poured cocktails. The service was quick, friendly and attentive even when the crowd started to level up.

Amy was incredibly rude. Everyone was polite and respectful to her. She had no patience- was short and seemed annoyed to be at work. It was enough to not want to go there again- especially when you pay $12 for a mediocre sandwich
