What happened to the ice cream? Got a large vanilla shake that tastes nothing like vanilla or ice cream! It is watery white foam. This is not made from ice cream. What am I spending my money on? What is this horrible con coction? Will never eat here again! When ice cream no longer is ice cream you lost our family.

Have Been eating at this DQ for over 20 years and was always pleased with my visit. Tonight I left upset, frustrated, and disgusted! I'd received a 50 point bonus offer for using the app on a Wednesday, so decided to use the offer today. My wife ordered the 2 for $5 deal with chicken strips and fries. I also had a coupon offer for $3 off a chicken strip basket. I tried to use the app to place my order, which made me scan/submit a code at the counter. The associate had to manually put my whole order in, which ended up being nearly $5 more than I was expecting. I was under the impression I was getting the $7- 3 PC chicken strip deal, which included a drink and Sundae. The associate asked my wife what type of sauce she wanted with her chicken strips,("gravy"). She brought our order to our table, but when I tried to ask her a question (twice) she just walked away. I then realized she had a headset on and probably didn't hear me. My wife didn't get her gravy and I didn't receive the expected sundae. When I went to the counter to ask about then, another associate said that the sundae only came with the $7 deal ( which was what I thought I'd ordered) and with the 2 for $5 deal, the sauce was extra. When we were finished, not only did I not get my sundae, I didn't get my 50 point bonus either. There was a QR code to scan to leave a review and receive a free Dilly bar, but when I tried to scan it, it didn't work either. In all, a very frustrating night! The app is too complicated and misleading, with all the conflicting offers and "special deals", and stipulations. Next time I'm craving chicken, it may be KFC!

Lied to our face. Last 3 times we’ve gone we’ve asked for extra cheesecake in the royal New York cheesecake. This time, I specifically asked for extra cheesecake bites, and asked the girl specifically if there was extra cheesecake in it. She smiled and said yes of course. Not one piece of cheesecake in the entire thing. Super frustrating and it’s multiple times it’s happened. Gave a 3 dollar tip. I Will never go back to this Dairy Queen again.

So I obviously went at a bad time the four girls they had working in there really seem to be overwhelmed play the know I got another couldn't have been more than 8 or 9 cars out outside and the three groups inside a group of three there was me and then there was a group of two behind me. So they helped the group in front of me the group of three, and once they were done with their order I stood there for a good 10 minutes without so much as even one of those employees looking at me. In fact it seems as though they were going out of their way to avoid eye contact with me. I assumed they were overwhelmed by four orders they had on Deck, the three or four cars and the people in front of me.It was a steady, but I wouldn't have said it was that busy, the parking lot doesn't allow it to become that busy it's too small. So if you're going to go I guess stay in your car cuz you're sure to get served that way or just don't go at the peak times after dinner. I myself will never be back after that, there are other places I can go for ice cream.
