Literally at your garrity Blvd location in Caldwell it's 3:17 on Sunday and everyone here has been waiting for over 30min for there order. Mean while the drive through is flying. U need better management.
Great company.
I’ve worked here for a while now, the corporation will sacrifice their workers before they sacrifice a small amount of their millions of dollars. They will ensure their workers give their final breath before they make their stores properly staffed because “labor” is bad. Literally feels like if someone were to have fall on the clock the first thing this company would ensure is wether or not the persons still on the clock.
Mcdonald's is a terrible company they support doordash stealing orders and won't do anything about it
Called McDonalds on Glenwood/Chinden in Boise to find out why my breakfast order through DoorDash was canceled 45 minutes after I placed the order. Reached a manager, asked her for her name and was told “We aren’t allowed to give our names”. That level of stupidity told me all I need to know about the management of these stores! Don’t they wear name tags? Does knowing the managers name put someone in danger?Absolutely moronic!
I was just tried ordering at 178 S Eagle RD and was informed I could not make any changes to my order per your new policy. I have to pay extra for you to leave egg off? I hope your greed leaves you wanting and broke.Jessica and Dawn will have a lot of unhappy customers. Have the day you deserve.
Coworkers were great. Too bad that their main office doesn't appreciate them or view them as human. If you blink or breathe wrong they'll write you up. I miss my formwork coworkers but not this franchise. There are NUMEROUS other places to work. Avoid Darmidy at all cost.

I have an awesome GM at my store great crew and we love our customers! The staff at the main office has addressed our concerns promptly and has gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety during the pandemic. I am incredibly grateful for them!
During a national pandemic they have McDonalds stores letting there GMs turn off the phone's so people can't call in sick, in turn a covid outbreak happened at my store and I got sick, covid positive and have been in the hospital over it. MIDLAND store has issues. So does this company.

my manager threatened to fire me because i was allergic to the gloves, meaning they had enough latex to give me a skin rash. (claiming they were latex free) i tried to take it higher up and they said they did not care and they agreed with her. i quit..

I wonder how many employees would work for you ,again ..if you fired Marlene ?.. knowing how you haven't taken care of the employees who stayed during a pandemic. and Ricky dicky and nicky complain about how you can't get people to work for you.
