Just ordered and paid for. literally 3 things.. 2-$3 Chipotle chicken burritos. 1 snack taco.. I get home. Surprise, only 1 $3 burrito and 1 taco.. just stole right from the customer.. hope they choke on it.

I recently visited Del Taco in Boise and left feeling incredibly disappointed. Having enjoyed Del Taco at other locations, I was shocked by the unusually small portions served here—far smaller than what I’ve come to expect from the chain. The food lacked the freshness and flavor that typically makes Del Taco a reliable choice. Despite the friendly staff, the overall experience was underwhelming, with the portion sizes making it feel like poor value for money. If you’re a fan of Del Taco, this location may not meet your expectations. Hopefully, management addresses these issues soon.

Incorrect order, hair in taco, and 15+ minute wait time on a mobile order. As far as dell tacos go, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Some of the best service I've gotten from a fast food spot. Big n Tall with the tattoos was super helpful. The lobby was pristine. Wish I lived closer just to justify coming in to support this store.

My experience here was amazing! For starters, one guy was running the entire show. He was doing cashier, drive thru, and cooking all while doing what seemed like was training a new hire. When he took my order, his customer service was amazing. He was very friendly, was using my name, and even helped me get a better deal. The wait time was obviously a little long because he was doing it all himself but he took the time to apologize for the wait halfway through making it and then even added extra meat onto my order for the wait time. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Very good hospitality the two sisters gave me but the food was cold and they forgot to give my kids the fries I paid for but by the time we noticed we were already back to the hotel and they didn't answer the phone when we tried calling but it's fine he had some of mine.

Once we were eating, the guy asked how our food was and he refilled our drinks for us.
The food is always great. Everything was warm and fresh.
Probably the best customer service in the 21st century.
Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't have any trouble. The worker brought us our food and helped with soda refills.
