We got here 20 minutes before close, we were greeted with “hello, we close in 6 minutes. We have limited food options available” followed by a huge list of items they couldn’t make for us. We ordered our food, they very apparently didn’t want us there. Waited 5 minutes at the window. I get it. People don’t want to work. But holy crap, don’t do anything late night bc nobody cares anymore. We literally ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos with sour cream and they acted like we ordered the entire menu.

About a week ago some kind of miscommunication happened and we ended up not receiving the proper order. We called and left name but they didn't have it on file. The manager of the lunch rush today 12/13/24 Was amazing. She wasvery kind and also sure we were satisfied with our new order, absolutely proffesional and accommodating. Shout out to" Maria" ❤️❤️ We were comped and the food was and always is the best!! Thank you del taco youve done it again.

I went into this Del Taco location tonight and had some of the worst service I ever seen . The person working the counter was very mast and had a huge attitude problem. I wish I had taken her name . I was there before 6 pm on November 15th. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order so I told her not to wait on me . I didn’t want to keep her from taking care of other customers in the drive through. While I thought I was being considerate by not holding her up she got an attitude with me and got very nasty . She said that she wasn’t neglecting her work and I didn’t need to tell her what to do . What was more concerning is she stated her boss was there at the time . Her boss never came to see if there was a problem. So it seems that her boss is ok with this type of behavior. I been going to this location for quite awhile and have never had an experience like this . It seems the service has gone downhill . When I was leaving I noticed another employee taking pictures and or videos of me and my car as I left . I did not want to order anything after the employee was rude and decided to go somewhere else yo eat which is my choice where I eat . I really hope someone can teach this employee how to do customer service and not have such an attitude when people are trying to be considerate.

I went to order and I was trying to decide what I wanted. I told the girl at the counter I'd let her know when I was ready so she wasn't neglecting her other work. She got an attitude over me using the word neglect and saying it's not neglect. I was trying to be nice and didn't want her waiting on me if she had other work to do. After her attitude towards me I didn't even want to eat there anymore so I left. As I was walking back to my car another girl that was behind the counter pulled out her phone and was recording me or taking pics on their phone. If these are the kind of people this place employs I don't see how anyone would want to go there. What's more shocking is the manager was there and allowed this kind of behavior. You're only as good as your leader so I can't imagine the manager has any better customer service skills.

I ordered the #1 meal THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. The young guy at the window displayed a couldn't care less attitude, which he went on to demonstrate. It was early Sunday afternoon, 11/17. I didn't get his name, but the receipt says Natalie, so Natalie can figure out which fellow employee is dragging her name through the mud. The dude gives me ONE napkin, and NO HOT SAUCE. 2 taco meal with no hot sauce. Tell me you're kidding me! How about you pull your head out of your a--

Will never order delivery again! Last 2 times I ordered delivery, the website changed it to pick up and , I got charged for no food! I'm stupid, I like Del taco so I tried again! I ordered delivery the website changed it to pick up so I spent money but no food ! I have not had this problem with any other fast food places? 3 times they screwed me!!! Well I'm stupid so I did order delivery 2 more times but no napkins or taco sauce even though I ordered extra! I'm done, taco time from now on , not as good but you they get your order right!
