The burgers.. we're awesome.. now they suck.. food gets worse and worse every time I go...Today it just don't taste right..I get snack tacos and ... there were beans in them... I got grilled chicken tacos,, and. Holy not what they Normally taste like. With a bone or something hard.. i spit it out.... yuckķ.. I work late. But I think I'm done here. They don't open too long ago.. ....And from my experience.. they're going food hill.. min by min.

I've been to this location 3 times since it opened. The first 2 were in the drive thru, it was very slow and our order was wrong both times. I decided to dine in today so that if the order was wrong I could get it taken care of. Food was good, but I did deduct some points for no tables being clean and bathroom doors that are locked. (I understand there's a lot of drug use and homelessness in the area, but there must be a better way than locking up bathrooms for paying customers?)

Average food. Had the shrimp burrito which had nicely done shrimp, but the rest of it wasn’t anything special. Fries were limp and not crisp. Cheesecake bites were pretty good. Service was friendly but a bit slow. The place was new and clean.

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru experience. I placed my order at 8:48 pm on a Thursday evening, being the only person in line and one car in the parking lot. I got my food at 9:03, after the worker snatched the card from my hand without greeting me. Do better.

Well I've been here a few times when the place on Broadway is closed and it's just as great. Never had a problem, and I hope it stays open 24 hours unlike the rest of the Del Tacos in the Treasure Valley! Great food and good service.

I love del taco. I live up north and the closest is an hour from me so it’s always a treat coming back and going to del taco. I placed an order on the app, and the manager a girl with really short blue hair was eating and drinking on the food line with gloves on. Once my order went through she took another bite of food, and started making the tacos. She used her hand to wipe down the line. My husband asked her to change her gloves because we watched her eat then touch food. She proceeded to say we can just leave and cancel the order. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. She should not be working in food.

If I could give less, I would. I ordered online and would have to wait 30 minutes for 6 basic tacos. Since that timing is unacceptable for a "fast food" restaurant, I asked to cancel the order, and they were unable to refund me. I called corporate, and they said they would have the "manager" contact me. I don't blame the employees, there were only two of them at 5 pm. Either the company does not properly train management, or the manager here is absolutely incompetent. After reading the reviews, i would say it's a combination of both. Either way, the fact that no one at the store or corporate could give me a refund is absurd.

love this place for the most part, as of lately, when ordering items with a hard cornshell, the shells taste like they were burnt or something. everything else excellent.
