We had a fantastic experience at Diablo and Sons! The customer service was top-notch—Jess, the manager, was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and Jill, our new server, did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of.

The food is INCREDIBLE. I can't recommend it highly enough, 4 of us went to dinner and not one person did not enjoy their food or drink. Also, get the pineapple upside down cake, you won't regret it.
While in Boise, we visited that's Diablo Son"s Saloon. The saloon is located in downtown Boise. It has a very eclectic 20s vibe and they can make a mean old fashion. They have a wide variety of bourbons to choose from and the beer tap situation, it's very unique. The price of the old fashions were reasonable for downtown Boise.
