We went there asking for stuffed crust pizza. They said they 100% had stuffed crust. We ordered the pizza and went to pick it up. We asked again in person “are these pizzas stuffed crust? Is there cheese inside the crust?” They said “yes these pizzas are stuffed crust.” We get home and open the box and the pizzas are in fact not stuffed crust. No problem, we can just call and get a coupon or our money back or something right? Nope. We call and get the manager and she’s so confrontational I can’t even believe it. Like literally something you’d see in a movie. She says there nothing she can do and it’s our fault basically. Never getting this place again. You shouldn’t either until they straighten up their employees. Yikes. Easy 1 star.

I placed a delivery and ordered to buy with cash. Delivery driver with long hair to shoulders never asked about change and took off without saying anything. I called at 6:00 pm to the dominos and asked for manager. I explained the situation to manager and they hung up on me. I order at least once every two weeks, the first time I order with cash. Last time I order over a two year course.

Got our emergency pizza the day after Christmas cause it was kinda rough and I just needed some comfort food. As usual my service dog came with to assist me and I had no issues with the staff! No one bothered her and when i was handed the pizza, my pup accidentally went to sniff the worker but they didn't pet her so I could refocus her. I appreciate you guys so much! I forgot to give you guys one of my ADA cards, but I'll put it here because you guys are allowed (and I encourage you!) to ask the 2 service dog questions!

Even though today was unusually busy and the wait time was a bit longer than expected, the team handled it like absolute champs! Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and they made sure everyone felt taken care of. The pizza was absolutely worth the wait—fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. Great job to the whole team for keeping things running smoothly during the rush!

Got a notification that pizza was ready, it wasn't, waited 10-15 min. I was told they forgot a topping on one of the pizzas. Got the pizzas and they forgot the garlic on the crust and left out the extra cheese on the same pizza with the extra topping. I have had better Domino's elsewhere.

The store manager Ian is HORRIBLE!! Dominos has to be embarrassed that this person is a representative for the company. Stayed on hold for over 1hr simply because Ian refused to get on the phone to address issues with our order. Will be recommending to everybody I know to boycott this horrible franchise!

I placed an order through Uber Eats, which was filled by this Domino's. I placed two calls to the restaurant. The only thing they offered me as far as recompense was their apologies.
I ordered the five cheese macaroni which Uber Eats had a special of buy one get one free.
The food that I received looked nothing like the food that is advertised. Both of the pans were only half filled with macaroni. It was over baked, it was dry, and it was cold.
This is my second time having problems with the same Dominos...the last time they promised me gift certificates which I never received. (they had taken the credit of $15 off of a gift card that I received, but they never applied that amount to my order). They were supposed to have sent me either gift card or certificates for recompense, but I never received either)
With their additional fees, I still ended up paying $18, (three dollars was a tip, but I will never tip Domino's again after this late order).
I suggest that anyone that has a problem with Domino's to contact their home office as I will be doing tomorrow.
When any company offers something advertised, and the product that they produce is of lesser quality than the item advertised, this is the same as a tactic known as:
BAIT AND SWITCH
If they can't do any better than this with the macaroni and cheese, I suggest they stick with pizza!
I will complement them on their pizza! But the macaroni and cheese was a total flop!
I think their marketing should discontinue that item!

Phenomenal! Once or twice a week, I order food to my job for a dinner break instead of bringing food from home. Every time I've ordered, I got amazing food AND service! 11 out of 10 :)

Multiple issues when ordering online. Will say it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. Have had to call to get the order ACTUALLY delivered. DoorDash, UberEats, etc has no issue or complications delivering here so not sure why dominos has an issue. Also employees will lie and say YOU hung up on them when I was literally on the phone with them. Would not recommend.

They delivered the wrong pizza. I called immediately, they said they would make the correct one and get it to us as soon as possible. 50 minutes later, I called to see where it was. The guy couldn't remember what I was talking about! Once I jogged his memory, he said, "oh yeah. He (delivery driver) left awhile ago." Almost an hour later, we still haven't got our pizza. So now we're looking at almost 2 hours since our original order was placed. Definitely will not be ordering from this store again.
