The assistant manager takes her job way too serious waited two hours for pizza and then continuously hung up on me. I had to call another location for us to actually get our pizza, will not be ordering from again. Andrew on the other hand in he immediately ordered the pizza got to us five minutes after I complained, mind you another shop. Give Andrew a raise. The only reason I’m putting a three star is because of Andrew.

Andrew was great and delivered my order on time and in a professional manner , other workers were rude and hung up the phone. Give that man a raise !

Absolutely horrible waited 45 minutes for my order to show up to be not even close to what I ordered not to mention it was cold not fully cooked things. I was allergic to didn’t receive items I was charged for still waiting for my reimbursement.

Decided to order pizza since we've had sickness running through the house and didn't want to cook or leave to get anything.

Ordered two large pizzas for delivery. First pizza on the order was correct.

Second one was supposed to be half cheese, half ham/pineapple. Opened second box to find whole pizza was peperoni/pineapple.

Checked receipt and called immediately to get the correct product delivered and was told 30-40 minutes. Pizza FINALLY arrives over 90 minutes later. Note that the location we ordered from is a THREE MINUTE drive from our house.

Mistakes happen, but, maybe prioritize getting the correct product out before you send the new order out. Or, at least before over 90 minutes later.

I don't normally leave reviews for businesses but today I have to, the service I have received at the vista Domino's has been the absolute best experience all thanks to allie. The moment she and I started talking she had been nothing but an absolute delight and was extremely patient with me during our ordering process. I hope that a member of the management or corporate sees this message because she deserves either a promotion or a raise because she is representing the company as one of the finest.

I came in to order a pizza for take out after a long 12 hour day of working, and the girl taking my order did not listen to what I said, and seemed more focused in clocking out and getting into her ride that was waiting for her, because right after she took my order, she was out the door and gone. 25 minutes later my pizza was NOT what I ordered. I said that I wanted an XL Pizza, half cheese with extra cheese and the other half Hawaiian with mushrooms, olives and Italian sausage... what I got was completely backwards. On top of that, the order taker entered my order completely wrong. I felt like I wasn't even valued as a customer. To make matters worse, I called the next day to speak to the manager explaining the wrong order, and how the order taker was clearly not focused. I recommended that she received more training, as I didn't want to see someone getting fired for a mistake. The manager apologized then offered to make it right by emailing me a gift certificate for the error. (I spent $40+ on this order only to have wrong). I still havent received anything from the store. I feel like the manager just patronized me and still didn't value me as a customer. If this is their new business model, I will not be spending my hard earned money with them.
Below is the photo of my receipt and a photo of the pizza, at bare minimum it should have had olives, mushrooms and sausage on the Hawaiian side, but nothing. And my poor child wouldn't eat the cheese pizza as he does not like mushrooms, olives, or Italian sausage.
