my delivery driver Aaron brought me the wrong order he called the store to correct it so it could be made while he was driving back. I also called the store letting them know that my order was not correct, I talked to a girl named Veronica over the phone and she was not very pleasant to talk too, she seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone quickly and was quite rude about it. probably not how you should be answering the phone. Aaron the delivery driver did come back he tried to give me back the tip because he messed up the first time he was very polite and pleasant to talk too.

I put a request to not cut the gluten-free pizza and it came cut. There was too much sauce, like literally a centimeter thick, with hardly any cheese. The gluten-free pizza was also over-cooked. I worked at Dominos when the gluten-free crust first came out and I know you are supposed to put it deeper into the oven than you would a regular hand-tossed crust. I'm sick of paying a ridiculous amount and constantly providing a 25% delivery tip for the pizza to be such bad quality. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING THAT THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUR FOOD WOULD WANT THEIR FOOD MADE WELL THEN PROCEED TO MAKE YOUR FOOD WITH NO EFFORT. It doesn't get more hypocritical than that. This just keeps happening over and over again. It's just this location too. Other locations that I order carry-out from do not make such awful pizza. The constant burnt crust from Vista is not an issue elsewhere. I'm done ordering delivery from Domino's because I'd have to get it delivered by this terrible location.

Their delivery driver not only was weaving in and out of traffic but speeding over 20 mph above the speed limit I don't know who drives the little white car that works there but I really hope that is the last delivery they make at this location or any other in their entire career working in any sort of industry if the ada county highway district wasn't on point he would have caused several accidents that could have led to potential fatalities and the store refuse to answer their phone when I tried calling all 3 times. Idk if drugs are involved but it is likely a contributor

I just have to say after so many years of eating Dominos, it got to a point where I was never excited to eat their food. But tonight, tonight this Dominos on Vista made my girlfriend and I so dang happy. The food was awesome! Thank you so much to all the people at the Dominos on vista. The service is terrible. 0.1 cent tip for your troubles? Dumpster fire maybe?? Well I tip well when its actually warranted but tI had a delivery driver deliver my food and didn't leave it at the front desk. (Lazy move by the way prior to the next) so they left with the order and I was still charged 30 bucks plus the generous tip i left.. so I don't care about tipping this place anymore because why am I going to reward you for doing anything less than your job? I'm just gonna get low quality service anyways. (Evident in the photos) well anyways so I call the manager of the store the next day and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then I got the opportunity to be told, "only uber eats handles that stuff." Like okay I can't just come in and do carry out for something you charged me for nothing with and you gotta make me just throw these loops? Ever since then my food quality has been low. These photos are from my most recent order.. Over buttered bread sticks and skimpy toppings. Save your money cos these people don't care about you health. The butter was so much i ended up puking all night and missed work.. nice trade off for me to miss work for these people to just show up and do whatever they want.. if i wanted little Ceasars then i would've went there.. These people act like im lucky for paying for their food & work when they're are other locations but they take advantage of their job and wages just to tell me "go somewhere else" with the food quality recently. All I know is this place needs a corporate check down cos you'll order certain crusts and they'll send whatever is clever. Its truly sad cos I love dominos and this location has the lowest quality dominos and service I've ever seen. Does Corporate visits even exist? One last thing about tipping, if you don't tip enough then definitely they'll find ways to be like people who spit in your food with that food worker sabotage nonsense as evident with my over buttered sticks and skimpy toppings cos I look at other pizzas I've received. Where are the green peppers and chicken? There surely enough butter and parm. though. I deserve a remake but this stores is a dumpster fire where idk they might try to say no even though the evidence is there. Just the vibes I get from this place after trying to talk to the managers. Going out sad.

best dominos in boise!! pizza is great, service is even better! when our order was wrong, they were so so kind and not only fixed it for us but also gave us free drinks which they absolutely did not have to do! the employees at this store are always so polite and helpful, they go above and beyond!
