Terrible terrible terrible. If you want your order messed up not one not two but THREE times this is the sport for you. A simple PREPACKAGED salad is all it was. We originally placed an order and received the wrong salad out of the 2 options we can pick from. We called and they said they would immediately have a driver on the way and it should be there in 15-20 minutes. Awesome! Appreciate that. 40 minutes pass by still no salad has arrived. We call back and this b**** named Ally answer, she’s the sweetest human if it were Opposite Day. We explain how we still have yet to receive our remake and ohhhh guess what, the delinquent teenagers and the nasty manager forgot to put in our remake order. At this point we are very unhappy and in a very unprofessional manner Ally proceeds to HANG UP. And again we call and this time we ask if we could kindly ask if we may come pick up the salad. Immediately as we walk in a salad is handed to us. You thought this was the end nope. AGAIN THE PREPACKAGED SALAD IS WRONG. We go BACK in and the stupid blonde manager Ally is standing there proud as can be unapologetic as can be. This is the worst experience I’ve had in a long time and I would not recommend anyone ever go here any time of day any week period. Worst dominos ever worst manager ever worst crew ever.

Driver that was bringing my order on 1/17 has got to be the worst delivery driver I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Guy was so pathetic he never brought my order. If I remembered his name I would put him on blast. The manager Allie "I think" lied to me multiple times and said my order was being remade and sent back out. Never received anything. Don't bother with that night crew people they can't even remember a 2 liter. The driver was trying to blame the store employees. ? just sad. So because he had to go back to the store he just decided not to bring my order period. Get a new job bud. Wish I could take that tip back cause you don't deserve it!

I do not like that your ordering is automatically outsourced to people that (in my experience) are very hard to understand and mess up my order, literally every time. The employees working the last 2 times I went in were incredibly rude and were only concerned with their food times, not the fact that they kept messing up my order, which took about 45min to fix. This was for take-out, so it was a huge hassle.

I wish i could give 00000 stars. First off I waited 45 minutes at least for delivery. Which is understandable because it's a Friday night totally fine. The delivery driver who mind you did not have a name on the tracker, then dropped off my order and I asked where my pizza was. I got chicken, bread bites, a pasta, a 2 liter and a pizza. She then said ehat pizza i dont have a pizza for you. She said that she would let the store know when she got back and I should call the store and figure it out on my end. I also want to say the delivery driver never made eye contact with me or was friendly at all. So I called the Vista store immediately. And I say Vista because this is not the only issue I've had with this store. The guy who answered the phone said it would be about 10 to 20 minutes if I came in or 20 to 45 minutes to deliver the remake pizza. So I chose to drive to the store because I obviously want the pizza before the rest of my food goes cold. I then go into the store and THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME CALLING TO GET A REMAKE! So I had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 10 I had already waited. What seemed to be the manager of this store was prompt and seemed upset with his team about this issue. He made sure the pizza was being remade asap. However I paid for 5 items, delivery fee, and a tip to just drive to the store and waste time. I've read reviews of this store and they aren't great. In all my bread bites did not have seasoning at all and they were burnt. Chicken was a little pink inside and pizza sucked. Since moving to this area of Boise and Vista being my closest store, I have had issues every single time. I'd rather drive to meridian for a 10 out of 10 pizza next time.

Picked up two pizzas on Friday, day after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately very disappointing. No sauce, no toppings, girls playing around. There is just no consistency with the pizza at this store. Pizza Hut, "makin' it great"!

Ordered via the app. Food never arrived but was marked as delivered. Called the store about it twice and was told “our tracking system isn’t always in-sync with our drivers”. I then drove to the store to ask about the order and was offered a remake that would take about 10 minutes (it took 13, which is fine). An employee finally apologized when I was handed my order and offered me a drink for their mistake. In total I waited 1hr 20 minutes and drove to the store myself, for an order that was supposed to be delivered in 26-36 minutes.

Best dominoes in boise! Ive never had an issue and they never skimp on toppings and I love them for it! Great team and great management! Its the 2nd closest dominoes to me but I always go to the Vista location nonetheless because they're that awesome!
