Andrew the manager is horrible about customer service. I called within 4 minutes of placing an online order to correct a change and I was rudely refused to make a change. I was hung up on, then spoke to someone who would fix the order, but then nobody made any changes. Andrew was very blatantly rude that the order was "already made" and wouldn't do anything to fix it. Worst customer service at any restaurant ever. I've worked for Domino's in multiple states and Andrew has been the worst representative I've ever encountered. If Phil Mikelonis owns this store he should be ashamed. Considering I know the ins and outs of Domino's from working here, I'm appalled at the complete disrespect for customer service. Andrew is the worst employee I've encountered among any store. I hope that you don't order from this store as it cares little to none about your food, only their profit margins. Pro tip: if you dispute your order with your CC company Domino's will refund your money if you get your order or not. Easy way to earn free pizza. BTW Domino's pays $1 to the driver as part of the "delivery fee" and pockets the rest. So your actual pizza delivery is surcharged an additional $2-$3 to your pizza and doesn't go to your delivery driver. It's another marketing scheme Domino's uses to make more money off their pizzas.I hope people in Boise reconsider the deceptive practice Domino's uses to upcharge you and deceive you on your delivery driver's wages. It's $7.25 per hour + $1 per delivery + your generous tip. The rest goes to the store + owners to profit. All in all, it's a terrible company with mediocre wages and subpar food for an outrageous price.

Terrible attitude from the who appeared to be the manager. An apology would have been more appropriate than “there was a remake on your order”. So they remade it I guess and it’s still wrong. I have never had fresh veggies on a pizza before put on after it’s been cooked.

Our gluten-free pizza was prepared by Ms. Dorothy via a mobile order. The pizza was prepared quickly and perfectly. It’s the best gf pizza I’ve had in the continental US. Ms. Dorothy is probably my grandmother’s age and still throwing down like she’s in her prime. Thank you for my perfect pizza!

We transportation unit in the United States Army Reserves. We were training in Boise for the weekend and just finished a long day out in the field. We decided to order some pizzas and places a very large order on the Domino's app. All in all I think we ordered around 15 pizza's and a number of sides. Once the order was placed the store called us and said it would take a bit more than 30 minutes. Which I thought was very reasonable considering the large order we placed. Once we arrived to pick up the order everything was ready in about 35 minutes. Not one item was missed and everything turned out perfect. We appreciate the effort your team put in to handle such a large order in a short notice!

These guys can make pizza fast, and it's pretty good. I recently added some of those cheesy tots with the bacon and cheddar cheese. Get those, I hope they keep them on the menu. I can order pizza for pickup and it's ready in the time it takes to drive there. They are always polite and speedy; I have had items delivered as well with the same results. Glad you are in the neighborhood.
I live close, and this WAS the pizza place when we ordered out. We're done.If you like your order crispy burnt, this is the place for you. They redid my order twice, burnt is just what you guys are.

I think it's a bit silly that they wouldn't deliver 1.7 miles down the road, I was even going to give them a $10 tip but oh well. Don't order if you want it delivered further than their parking lot (I'm kinda joking but kinda not). The person who I spoke to was polite and professional tho

Pizza Pizza I love pizza sometimes I crave Pizza and this Domino's is close to work I went in and the young man behind the register is very professional and I was surprised they have these chicken wing bites now aside from there pizzas which I really enjoyed. Everything was pleasantly cooked just right and tasted amazing. This location is very clean and I would recommend to friends and family to spend your money and time at this business.
