Shout out to the Dutch Bros crew today for standing on business today! They were hella busy with people and they were killing it as a team and getting the drinks out.
We stopped in today cause us wrestling mamas needed a little pick me up. District wrestling was going at the at ICCU arena today. We had been there all day and needed some caffeine. I came in with 6 drink orders and I knew this crew was not going to have any issues preparing them.
I didn't get the Broritsa's name but he got all my rebels done, grabbed all my iced and hot coffees together. It was raining and we had to walk back to the arena so he added stoppers to all of our drinks. Got them all loaded into carriers for me and we were on our way back. I appreciate how kind and mindful he was! That extra step goes a long ways for people!
I work downtown so I'll have to come back by and chill at this joint. I love how bright it is. There's so much seating so you can hang out. And the staff is great! Dutch never disappoints.

My drink order got accidentally deleted and everyone who came in behind me got there orders the girl making them was talking to some man who came in and so she couldn’t work and talk at the same time it was 25 minutes before we got one drink and then at 30 minutes I got my coffee which was not a coffee after all it was a hot chocolate. I was done with this place and left I will never go there again

They do not have whole milk. They do not have cream or milk to add to your drink. Dutch Bros has changed n will not be back to any stores. Am an Oregonian.

They have such a wide variety of customizable drinks, from classic lattes to unique concoctions. The baristas are always friendly and upbeat. It's usually always busy here with long lines but they know how to make the drive-thru efficient. The variety of drinks make it worth it.

Blonde girl working at 8:30pm on June 20th on the register shouldn’t be working in customer service. No manners, negative vibe, when I said “thank you” she said “yeah.” Please get someone else, this is embarrassing for such a great coffee place. I make an effort to be kind and polite in every interaction and just felt so sideswiped by this awful human. Big L.
