Obviously this doesn’t have to do with the Dutch Bros themselves, but the fact this is happening, and nobody has said anything, worries me. It’s disgusting.

Discarded. Trash in my coffee drink. Wow! I purchased 2 large 911 coffee drinks. Of course, I tipped properly. Which turned out to be over generous for sure. All fast food and drink service related, products lately have all had something missing or incorrect. As all of us have noticed, things have become more expensive. So tipping, For services that are subpar, really have to be taken a look at. If we're getting any value for tipping workers that really could care less about quality.. just food for thought. I decided to start keeping track because I can't remember when I've had a decent fast food experience. I'm not a pessimist, but in these cases, ( if i'm being honest), I will say that we are overcharged for performances that are overvalued.

I enjoyed my first visit to a walk-in Dutch Bros café here, and what a great place it was: friendly service, tastefully-decorated, convenient downtown location, spacious, and the best oat latte ever! it had other customers, but it was calm and not crowded...a very pleasant coffee house.

This Dutch Bros is one of the best I have ever been to. It is in one of the most high traffic areas of any other store I have seen. I ordered around lunch time on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 29-31, 2025, while attending a religious convention. On Saturday there was a local market, as well. This was also on Labor Day weekend. To say it was busy is a massive understatement and I am sure it was hard to get workers due to the holiday weekend. These servers rocked all three days! They worked so hard and kept their cool with so many people coming in all at once. They deserve a medal. Thank you so much for your hard work and perseverance! I see you!!!
Fly's everywhere I can't enjoy a coffee without swatting 1 every 5 seconds 😑. Im annoyed there's a way to handle this but no effort to do so..... I want coffee not a fly smoothie.

Came in to order a latte while I was in town for a conference. Walked in the door, brunette with her hair in a ponytail looked at me and went back to her work. No greeting, no offer to take my order.
Then, a white couple came in after me and she cheerfully greeted them. That instantly was a huge turn-off. Instead of turning around and walking out, I decided to give them another chance. I step up to order my coffee, and the gentleman behind the counter said he would be with me in a moment.
I stood there for nearly 10 minutes while he walked around behind the counter, taking things out of the refrigerator....all the while glancing up at me and going back to his work. The lady never looked in my direction but was attentive to the other patrons.
I walked out. It is absolutely unacceptable. I hate to draw this conclusion, but I was the only black patron in the establishment.
While I am not making any direct accusations, I can't help but wonder why I didn't get better service than I did.
