I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a drink and even showed the staff exactly what I wanted, but what I received was nothing close. When I asked for it to be remade, they didn’t fix the drink they just added caramel around the cup, as if that would solve the problem.
To make things worse, the person who handed me my drink was rude and dismissive. For how pricey the drinks are, I expected at least decent customer service and for my order to be correct. Sadly, I didn’t get either. Terrible place to get a drink, I won’t be coming back.

I paid $8 for a cup of ice and a splash of cold brew. So remember to ask for light ice. Also, dutch is known for their bubbly, friendly staff and this particular location didn't live up to that expectation. Drink was good, just wish I had gotten more of it.

Fast friendly service. I haven't been to a Dutch bros in many years. I took advantage of the free drink on their app. I wasn't sure how to place my order on the app so the lady taking my order helped me with some of it and applied the free drink.

I wanted to share my positive experience at Dutch Bros today. Despite a long line of approximately 20-25 cars this morning before work, I was through the line in under ten minutes. I was impressed with the staff, who maintained a positive attitude despite the rush. This has been one of my best experiences at Dutch Bros, and I will definitely be returning!

I’ve been going to Dutch Bro’s for years and years and to this particular one as well! So many great people who work at this Dutch Bro’s … but one person named Izzy is so so nice , and even when a couple other workers don’t give 100%, her professionalism and dedication to making sure I am taken care of and happy with my drink and service always keeps me coming back ! Dutch Bros is lucky to have her!
This is my favorite place! The entire crew here are always pleasant, friendly, & upbeat. Kaylie, I believe, manages this location & she's always my favorite! She's a rockstar.

Everyone here is amazing. I go to Dutch for the ton of sugar free options (Starbucks has just sugar free vanilla and it's 2025!) but I keep coming because the staff are fabulous. Everyone from the manager Kilee, to Ruth and Izzy and Chloe are just lovely people. (I'm not gonna name everyone but still, I've gotten to know them). I usually don't name people in reviews but seriously, they make good drinks, start to recall your orders, and make it a good experience overall. I've never had a bad time after getting coffee from them before work. It cheers me up. They're not REQUIRED to be kind, but they just are. Highly approve of them, continue to go even when it's an extra trip. Strong work all over.

I used to just love this location! It's close, the co workers were always super friendly, and the drinks were awesome every time! I love to treat myself. Unfortunately the staff that now work there is very rude.. I don't know her name but she trains new people quite often and has red hair. You would think that if she were to ever smile I might break her face and she just stares at you. With a rbf. The drinks have been watered down. And they don't even try to make them look nice anymore. I will definitely be taking my business to Starbucks for now on. I'll miss the good customer service I used to receive and the drinks. Do better Dutch Bros! You were once upon a time awesome! 😊
