⭐️ 1-Star Review I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dutch Bros. I paid almost $16 for two drinks plus a 10% tip, and this is what we received — cups barely filled halfway. For that price, I expected a full drink, not something that looks like it was only filled halfway with ice and soda.
The drinks looked nothing like what Dutch Bros usually serves, and it honestly felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. If customers are paying premium prices and tipping, the drinks should at least be filled properly.
I hope management addresses this, because this was not a good experience and definitely not worth the money.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a drink and even showed the staff exactly what I wanted, but what I received was nothing close. When I asked for it to be remade, they didn’t fix the drink they just added caramel around the cup, as if that would solve the problem.
To make things worse, the person who handed me my drink was rude and dismissive. For how pricey the drinks are, I expected at least decent customer service and for my order to be correct. Sadly, I didn’t get either. Terrible place to get a drink, I won’t be coming back.

I paid $8 for a cup of ice and a splash of cold brew. So remember to ask for light ice. Also, dutch is known for their bubbly, friendly staff and this particular location didn't live up to that expectation. Drink was good, just wish I had gotten more of it.

Fast friendly service. I haven't been to a Dutch bros in many years. I took advantage of the free drink on their app. I wasn't sure how to place my order on the app so the lady taking my order helped me with some of it and applied the free drink.
Employees are nice but the wait time is out of this world the last 2 times I’ve been. I ordered one small Americano and waited 0 minutes.

I wanted to share my positive experience at Dutch Bros today. Despite a long line of approximately 20-25 cars this morning before work, I was through the line in under ten minutes. I was impressed with the staff, who maintained a positive attitude despite the rush. This has been one of my best experiences at Dutch Bros, and I will definitely be returning!

So many great people who work at this Dutch Bro’s … but one person named Izzy is so so nice , and even when a couple other workers don’t give 100%, her professionalism and dedication to making sure I am taken care of and happy with my drink and service always keeps me coming back ! Dutch Bros is lucky to have her!
