Skylar is the absolute best! Great work ethic, AMAZING customer service, my golden eagle with strawberry chocolate soft top was made perfectly, DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY !

Everyone here is amazing. I go to Dutch for the ton of sugar free options (Starbucks has just sugar free vanilla and it's 2025!) but I keep coming because the staff are fabulous. Everyone from the manager Kilee, to Ruth and Izzy and Chloe are just lovely people. (I'm not gonna name everyone but still, I've gotten to know them). I usually don't name people in reviews but seriously, they make good drinks, start to recall your orders, and make it a good experience overall. I've never had a bad time after getting coffee from them before work. It cheers me up. They're not REQUIRED to be kind, but they just are. Highly approve of them, continue to go even when it's an extra trip. Strong work all over.

I used to just love this location! It's close, the co workers were always super friendly, and the drinks were awesome every time! I love to treat myself. Unfortunately the staff that now work there is very rude.. I don't know her name but she trains new people quite often and has red hair. You would think that if she were to ever smile I might break her face and she just stares at you. With a rbf. The drinks have been watered down. And they don't even try to make them look nice anymore. I will definitely be taking my business to Starbucks for now on. I'll miss the good customer service I used to receive and the drinks. Do better Dutch Bros! You were once upon a time awesome! đ

In the area so we decided to grab a couple drinks. At first I didn't think the stand was open. Non of the lights were on and no one was present. After a minute someone popped up with a smile.
Flavored chocolate milk is all over tik tok so I decided to try one. I asked the barista for any ideas for flavors. She came up with a couple. Dutch chocolate milk is already rich and her suggestions had more chocolate to it. I passed on her ideas and just went with a simple peppermint flavor. My husband did regular chocolate milk. He's a classic guy.
My drink was really good! I have never had a bad drink at any of the Dutches around town. Staff was nice. Outside lights would be a nice indicator to let your customers know you're open. This location isn't one I normally visit but they did a good job tonight.

I genuinely love Dutch Bros but Iâm so disappointed in the customer service when ordering. I donât expect much from the employees, truly. But I have gone through the line two times crying.
The first time was before I went to put my dog down. Showed up a mess. I could barely get a word out. The guy who took my order asked how I was and I couldnât even answer but he wasnât paying attention and responded to me by saying âthatâs good. Iâm doing good thanks for askingâ I never asked how he was.
The second time I went through crying was after picking up my dogs ashes. The guy who took my order was very friendly but didnât read the room very well or at all. I was able to talk a lot more this go around and engage but was no âare you okayâ or anything. My voice was cracking, I was sniffling, and tears were on my face. I would say it was noticeable that I was crying.
Both times though I will say the girls who were at the window did their jobs amazing. They checked in. The first I showed up crying I didnât get a drink and the girl at the window kept asking if I wanted something. The second time I was there the girl at the window engaged in conversation and even told me to come back if I needed anything, that they were here for me.

Zac helped me to find the perfect drink on a hot, busy day. He was kind, thoughtful, and went out of way to explain the different drinks. I was very happy with his choice that he recommended.
Typically I love going to any dutch location. This location was the worst one I have been to so far. The girl was not friendly at all and couldn't find the drink I order (which is weird because I've never had an issue at any other location) I asked for strawberry Boba in my drink but it did not have it. If I was charged for it I am going to be very upset but I don't know because I was not offered a receipt. I will probably not ever visit this location every again. There are way better location with nicer staff. Sorry not sorry ?ââď¸

02/16/24 12:30pm. I normally love Duch, but this location was not great. My drink was made wrong and when I immediately went back the was no kindness at all from the walk up window. I was questioned about my drink which is fine, but then she asked another girl about my drink and she seemed irritated and added a flavor. I then asked if I could please get the soft top on my drink and she said âyou were asked if you wanted itâ and I replied âand I said that I didâ. So she grabbed my drink put the soft top then handed it back out for the 3rd time. No apology, no remake, no smile, nothing. I donât get this. And yes I myself was being very kind when I approached the window so it wasnât returned payment for a poor attitude.
