Typically I love going to any dutch location. This location was the worst one I have been to so far. The girl was not friendly at all and couldn't find the drink I order (which is weird because I've never had an issue at any other location) I asked for strawberry Boba in my drink but it did not have it. If I was charged for it I am going to be very upset but I don't know because I was not offered a receipt. I will probably not ever visit this location every again. There are way better location with nicer staff. Sorry not sorry ?♀️

02/16/24 12:30pm. I normally love Duch, but this location was not great. My drink was made wrong and when I immediately went back the was no kindness at all from the walk up window. I was questioned about my drink which is fine, but then she asked another girl about my drink and she seemed irritated and added a flavor. I then asked if I could please get the soft top on my drink and she said “you were asked if you wanted it” and I replied “and I said that I did”. So she grabbed my drink put the soft top then handed it back out for the 3rd time. No apology, no remake, no smile, nothing. I don’t get this. And yes I myself was being very kind when I approached the window so it wasn’t returned payment for a poor attitude.

This is my absolute favorite place to go to get my coffee. Every time I go, I'm greeted by a friendly smile and amazing service. I love their coffee and will forever continue to go
Upset with this stand because on 11/17 I went early morning and night a medium hot cocomo and the girl forgot to scan my app. I went to the window I asked if my app could be scanned for my points and the girl at the window said she couldn’t scan my app and that I would have to order a new item in order to receive points. I told her that I’ve had this done before and all the barista needed was my number to give me my missed points and she didn’t care to try. She cared more about talking to her friends then helping me out. I wouldn’t mind if Dutch bros drinks weren’t expensive. I would’ve liked to receive my points.

I love Dutch Bros, but this is the first time I visited this location & it's definitely the last. I waited in line for 15 minutes before I got to the window. Their were only 3 cars ahead of me. Employees couldn't multi task & spent extra time visiting with patrons. No runners brought drinks out, no camaraderie betweenEmployees. Just not a good experience overall.
