I’ve been sitting in line for 10+ minutes behind a blue Nissan rogue that has been in the window spot the whole time.
They are not waiting for an order but talking to a girl sitting on the window seal. She neglected to acknowledge me and another employee came out to get my order amidst gossip hour. Really poor service
Went here because another location didn’t have their promo item and the gal taking orders in the drive thru was so sweet! I didn’t catch her name but I was so happy with the service I received

I had the worst experience getting coffee this morning. It was my first time going to this location and obviously I mostly experience pleasant and happy to greet employees at Dutch, but not this morning. I pulled up to the window and smiled and said “morning! How are you?” And the barista wasn’t even looking at me and immediately said “what can I get you?” I thought ok weird but that’s fine, placed my order, paid and left a tip, and when my coffee was finished she brought it to me, didn’t look at me didn’t say a word, just held it out to me. And when I grabbed it she just turned around and started talking with her coworker. No “have a good day” or “thanks for coming by”. She truly seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else and couldn’t care less about her customers. Just a disappointing way to start your day.

Pulled up with no line to people chatting in the window, so I expected a quick lil order! I ordered a white-chocolate mocha with raspberry, and recieved a chocolate mocha with no raspberry :/ Normally I'm not super picky but it sucks when there seems to be really no excuse when there's literally no one else to serve. Service was friendly but was also thanked for my tip as an afterthought, which again I'm not normally pick about but it added to the atmosphere that the crew really didn't care much about my experience. Day crew has always been great with no issues during rushes, so this was a shock.
