Love the vibes any time I go to a Dutch Bros. This location is one of the best for getting through the line quickly and they occasionally open both windows to help with the flow. It's well staffed for whatever hour you may want to partake in some good caffine. I like the staff at this location a lot too. It's not the worst of the locations to go during sticker and merch drops but it's not the best either. But all the best ones are the ones on the outskirts of a main city area or with long lots to keep you off the street while you wait in line like the one in Caldwell off the highway.

The drive through says “choose shortest line” so we did. We were in the front of the line and excited about ordering. After sitting there for a minute or two, they opened the window and said, “could you go through the other line please?” How rude! Don’t leave a sign saying “either line” and then send us to the other line after we drive up. We had to wait after two more cars that came up after we arrived at the ‘wrong window’. Not great service.

Order a large rebel drink and they fill d the whole cup with ice! For 9$ drink plus tip I should at least get 2 cans of Red Bulls. This is why I never come to Dutch bros! Had to go to the gas station to get an another Red Bull to put in the drink. I will never go again.
I love everyone at the Broadway location!! There are very sweet and very quick. I got home the other day spilled my coffee came back and they gave me a new one at no charge. 10 stars!!!

Compared to most Dutch Bros they do not give you extra soft top or sprinkles when they charge for extra, the workers jump in front of the drive thru when taking out trash, and give you attitude when you ask them to fix the drinks they mess up on. Would not recommend this Dutch Bros for your coffee needs.
