The whole family goes here. I don't mind long lines. And the smiling people. But when you have two lines spilling almost into the road and one guy out there ordering and taking only the 1st or second car from the window due to excessive talking. It makes alot of people in line a little upset. Then the icing on the cake is they read you order to you and then hand it to you wrong. And you have to have them fix it. And lastly the 2nd lane. When traffic gets that busy please have the people taking the orders pay attention to which car was first there. Because people just cut.

I never mind when Charles demands a pup cup because it means I get some of the best chain coffee. He loves the Broadway team almost as much as they love him, and recognizes the brand whenever we drive by one now. ? (Picture taken right after ordering )
