I go to Dutch bros everyday and I try to avoid this stand. It’s the closest to my house and sometimes I have to bite the bullet and come here every time they make drink wrong I have to have sugar free because I’m allergic to chocolate and they always argue saying that it’s sugar free until I tell them I am allergic to chocolate then they take it back and roll their eyes. This is the last $ they ever get from me.

I usually really enjoy Dutch Bros and the fun atmosphere, but this visit was a little disappointing. My drink had a hair in it, and when I asked about having it remade, there was some hesitation at first. They did make me a fresh one eventually, but the process felt uncomfortable—especially since the drinks are on the expensive side, and I expect them to be prepared carefully.
I understand these things happen, and I’ll definitely be back, but I hope situations like this can be handled more smoothly in the future.

I come here every week for a rebel and almost every time, my drink is not filled to the top. This last time I went, I got a sugar free can blended rebel and it came out looking like chucks of ice floating in the syrup.
