I ordered a medium iced caramelizer with white coffee and two kids cups of water with whip straws.When I got to the window the girl rudely asked, “Do you actually want the waters or do you just want whip straws?” I said “yes we want the waters please” and she rolled her eyes as she turned around.after handing me the waters with barely any whip on the straws she hands me a KIDS CUP with my coffee ? I didn’t take it and said, “Uh, is that my coffee or another water?” And she said“It’s the coffee you ordered.”And I said, “oh I ordered a medium ice caramelizer with white coffee” and she looked at me for a second and said, “this is that” and I said “but I ordered a medium. that is a kids cup”She said “Well do you want me to refund and recharge you for the medium?” And I said, “Yes please” and she turned around rolling her eyes AGAIN and said to the other person “remake this as a medium”And then someone sat a coffee down by her and said “here’s that large” and so I said “my coffee is a medium, right?” Just to make sure that one wasn’t mine and she just nodded her head with her eyebrows raisedNever in my life have I been treated to poorly at a Dutch bros location. Sad.

My drink was very good, and the guy who came to my car to take my order was very nice. But when I pulled up to the window it wasn't the same vibe. The only thing they said was hi and here's your drink. Other than that, the girl in the window kept her back to me the whole time up until I got my drink. And I know they do group interviews, and hire those the most talkative. I don't mean to be a Karen, but I know they're supposed to be friendly and talkative to customers and thought I'd just leave this here

Everyone's always so happy to help you here, my favorite drink to get is the Golden Eagle, so sweet, so delicious. Only when we were handed our drinks my cup was fumbled and after we left with our napkins I realized the cup had cracked all along the side smh, we stopped quickly after to replace the cup but other than that good service, good drinks!

I actually love Dutch bros coffee because it is usually consistent and I love the personalities. I am visiting from out of town and visited this location for the first time. I stood at the walk up window for at least 8 minutes before I received any acknowledgment. Eventually an employee took my order and then said have a nice day…confused I looked at her and she said I’m going to grab the order from the people behind you (that literally walked up with a box). Waited another 10 minutes while she took their $72 multiple drink order. My drink eventually was yelled out and was covered in overflow liquid. The quality was not consistent with other Dutch bros. I was super disappointed with the lack of customer service and output at this location. I won’t be back.
Use to love this location but recently they charge different prices for the same drinks?..Depends on how they ring up a white zombie Dutch freeze I guess? The customer service needs improvements as well…not aware of long lines, walk ups or time management even with a full crew on a busy Monday morning. You either wait forever in the drive thru or do a walk up just to get ignored and wait longer than the drive thru. Always getting the drinks wrong now too, it’s never stirred or drinkable cause it’s just ice n milk. Unfortunately after my experience yesterday on top of the previous month of mishaps i don’t see myself returning
