I pre ordered and my order still didnt get done until after 2 walk ups ordered and received thiers. It was super windy and cold that day, and they didn't have the heaters on outside. Im not sure what happened that day because they are usually pretty on top of things.

Got my order incorrect AGAIN and it's super easy to remember. I contacted their customer service and they totally ignored the message. Rude! Starbucks is a block away so I go there now... I get the correct order there.

I went to get their Valentine’s Day drink and the lady handed me a volcano. As soon as I put my straw in the cup there was an eruption of sugar foam pouring out of the top. Thank goodness I held the drink out the window or my car would have been covered in whatever that was. The employees outside just watched it happen. I threw whatever that was in the trash and left feeling robbed.

We visit this Location occasionally. My favorite drink right now for Valentines is a pink velvet. Try it with white coffee. It is delicious! We like the first Wednesday of the month free sticker. It is a good promotion to get current and new customers to visit. Highly reccommend.

It was on 11/19 and it was national princess day. All my other Dutch bros I’ve been to were nicer to me. I was dressed not the best because we planned on going through drive through to one near my house but we got locked out of my car. So we walked up to the window and I think the girl who was in charge that day at about 3pm was acting more rude to me it felt like based on my appearance. It wasn’t my best day but the people in front of me was offered which magnet and were spoke to very nice, once I got up to the window, the person in charge was more annoyed with me. When I told her which one I wanted, (same as person in front) she just seem annoyed and said “wasn’t sure if they had any left”. I’ve worked customer service plenty. Please do not be rude to other people based on what there dressed.

this dutch bros location was positively lovely! I ordered at the pickup window for the first time in a while! the guy who took my order was lovely and even suggested I try half protein milk and half chocolate for my iced Peppermint mocha, and it’s PERFECT! shoutout to the crew at Dutch Bros for being so friendly and quick and helpful!

i love dutch & have had a great experience at all of em . until today, the worker at 6:00 pm on overland n cole was rude ): , i was not greeted. she was running orders outside and shook her head at me because i was going to enter the wrong one but i wasn't aware. not friendly at all
