This is my favorite Dutch location. I am not much of a coffee drinker, but started having a coffee here and there with friends. The employees here are always friendly and have never gotten our order wrong (not that we're complicated drink orderers). The only issue we have ever had was cups that are broken from time to time and they are always happy to get us a second cup.
Poor kids have to stand out in the elements just to make sure I'm caffienated! But they do it with a smile every time! Orders are quick, even when the lines are very long.

Now who doesn't love Dutch Bros? As far as I'm concerned the best coffee drinks, hot or cold and the best energy drinks in Boise. Every location has a wonderful and friendly staff. If you haven't indulged by all means indulge. You'll be sold.

I come here a lot and I genuinely love this Dutch Bros, the people are always nice and they are speedy at what they do. However on my last visit to this specific Dutch I ordered a drink for my birthday and once I got to my location after getting the drink I noticed a hair in it. Of course I am going to throw it away because no one wants to drink something with hair in it!! I will continue to go to this Dutch as it’s the first time something like this happened, however it is disappointing.
