After waiting longer than usual, I received my drink with ice showing from the top because it wasn’t filled all the way. The whole cup was filled with ice and not even filled to the top with my beverage. I don’t come often because I don’t like spending high prices but occasionally I’ll treat myself to a yummy drink. After this most recent trip, it has me not wanting to come again.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros of all times, and I lived in Utah too, and none of the other locations compare! From doing shots of cold brew with the crew to them replacing my drink immediately when I spilled some of it on the way into my car, they’re just the sweetest group. And my cold brew is always on point ??
