Don’t waste your money. Goldy’s remains the best breakfast in Boise.

Would have been 5 stars, food was delicious and our server was sweet, but we were charged for an item they made incorrectly even though we ordered something different instead and paid for that item too. They also made us wait 20 min for a table when there were 2 servers and only 3 tables occupied. If you're ok with zero sense of urgency from the staff, the food is worth it if you have the time.

What can I say but that their food is top notch. Their bacon is crisp, biscuits and grave delicious, and their eggs Benedict is in the top five restaurants in the Boise area. I guess that is why the place is packed all morning. If you want a great breakfast with lots of free parking ( instead of downtown) come here at 650 e Boise rd.

The food was Amazing and we had great service. The decor seemed forced, some was good like the antique pictures some was cheep like the greenn Mardi Gras beads and stuffed banana. I wish they had a barista so they could offer crafted espresso drinks, this would also be nice to have while waiting for a table. The water cups were so cheap and obviously used, maybe an upgrade to glasses made from recycled bottles would be more appropriate especially with the restaurant theme. I will be coming back and I will be bringing my own water bottle and possibly a espresso drink.

From start to finish the entire experience was top notch. The host “Ollie” was courteous and fun. Since there was a significant wait, he offered to text us when we were 10 minutes out. We opted to stay and have some amazing Bloody Mary’s instead. Our waitress Amber was super friendly and welcomed us like family. The food and service were both amazing and you must have their sausage patty!! We were fortunate enough to have the owner come and spend time with us as we were wrapping up our meal!! We have found our new breakfast place in Boise. We will be frequent visitors.

We recently moved to Boise and this was our first time at Egg Mann and Earl and it was amazing from start to finish.
The host greeted us and was so friendly and engaging. We had some delicious Bloody Mary’s while we waited for a table.
Amber was our waitress and a 10/10. She called us by name, and made us feel so welcomed to town. She was so much fun and didn’t miss a beat. Can’t say enough good things about the staff.
The food was AMAZING! Hangover hash browns are a must. The in house sausage…outstanding.
The owner Jeanie came over and spent some time with us, what a great group of people that operate like family. This is our new go to breakfast spot!

We loved our experience here. Service was great! Be prepared to wait a good while to be seated but it was worth it! Original Bene was delicious and so fresh and the walrus was just as yummy and very large. The free scone was also very tasty. The sourdough pancakes are very sour and we were warned by the waitress of this also but we chose to try them also.
