Not worth the price. Over 7 dollars for a bagel sandwich and the one I got was hard and stale. They refused to make a new one saying that since I asked for it to be toasted that is what made the bagel hard. Ordered a Chai (over 4 dollars) and it was just warm milk with barely any flavor at all. Do not waste your money.
I ordered a toasted ham and swiss egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. I got an un-toasted ham and swiss egg sandwich on a CINNAMON SUGAR BAGEL! My fiance ordered a toasted sausage and cheddar cheese egg samdwich. He got an un-toasted sausage and american cheese egg sandwich.
On top of that in the university parking lot, which does NOT say it's paid parking only, I almost got a ticket because I didn't have a permit or pay to park there.
I put my phone number in when checking out to receive a text when my order was ready so I didn’t have to know my order number. They never texted me. After 15 min I walked up and found my order sitting on the counter. My bagel was already cold so it must have been ready for a while. Why offer a text when your order is ready if you’re not actually going to send a text. My bagel was also not cut in half.
Every time I order a sandwich, its not cut in half. Even though the kiosk has a prompt to request not cutting it, which means that by default it’s supposed to be cut in half. And every time i have to then ask for the employees to please cut my sandwich in half, because otherwise it’s hard to eat and gets messy, they give me attitude. I’ve always been nice and understanding, because I know it gets busy, but it would be easier for everyone if they just cut the sandwiches and bagels like they're supposed to. Horrible customer service going along with that as well, I don’t understand why they’re annoyed with me for asking them to do something they should’ve already done, it would've been easier for you to do it right the first time. Instead customers will have to interrupt what the employees are doing in order to get their sandwich made right. This isn't good for anyone.

I ordered the avacado veg out sandwich (it's good don't get me wrong) but the toasted and do not cut options are there for a reason. If someone doesn't click them, then cut the bagel and toast it. Same goes when adding extra things to the bagel (did not get my extra egg 😔✋)

Once they start running out of bagels they will just pick a different flavor for you once they're out without asking you. I ordered an egg sandwich on an asiago and got it on a raisin, I saw them calling out to other orders asking them to pick a different flavor but I was never asked. The food in the sandwich was also barely cooked, if the stuff wasn't already precooked before reheating it definitely would violate some health code. Do not go here.

I work nearby and went here for the first time today. While the food and service where great, the older woman who, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess she is the manager. Is appalling. It looked as though she was training some employees and the way she spoke to them was abhorrent. I imagine if corporate knew their manager was borderline abusing employees they may have an issue. I plan on reporting this to corporate. I work in HR and this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I imagine since it looks like its all college kids working there they get away with it because kids don't know their rights. Shameful. I will go back later and film some interactions.

Where is this at? 1910 W University drive is the entire university's address.
Which building is this in?
Google maps is putting it in the Health Science Riverside building which is not on University drive.
Will adjust stars when I can actually find the place and eat there.

Waited ten minutes for a cup of drip coffee. Seems too long for such a simple order. Also the lids are loose fitting which doesn't mix well with hot drinks.
Marcellus Brown recommended me this restaurant, the bagels were horrible, he said we have to wait 15 mins for one bagel for the employees to make one individually, it took me 30 mins for me to get one bagel. This is outrageous! I even did all of my 12 major scales and this is how he repayed me.

Mr. Prof. Marcellus "Bagel" Brown PHD recommended this joint to me after a heated discussion about which bagel store is the best in town. After I played my 12 major scales, he gave me a $50 gift card to Einstein's so I decided to check it out. When I walked in, no one was waiting in line, so I marched up to the lovely lady at the counter with the large aglet tattoo and asked for the Nova Lox, the Albacore Tuna Salad, and the Tasty Turkey. And of course I bought 3 dozen Pumpernickle bagels. They set an hour timer and the bagel's were done in 15 minutes so I had 45 more minutes until the timer went off. I sat at the nicest table there but there was a burly man with an awful stench right next to me. I moved to another table to avoid this reeking man that enveloped the surrounding area. It was finally time to eat the bagels!!!! At first they were a little to bland so I pull out my pouch of spices bought at amazon.com. It was quite the treat. Marcellus was right bout this joint. I am currently salivating at the mouth thinking of these wondeful bagels. 10/10 for this joint.
Probably one of the only Einstein's Bagels in the Boise area so.... If you gotta have some Einstein, this is the best you'll get.
Meh. Overpriced, subpar food, but relatively convenient.
This is a cool place. You can get a bagel, toasted with a topping. I got strawberry cream cheese.
Hazelnut coffee is hands down the best quick cup of joe (or a takeaway box). Everyone seems to enjoy the bagels also.
