Bottom barrel airport food

A fine dining experience at the Boise airport location. Our ( me and my hubby) first time at this location. The staff were very busy taking and filling orders.

Ordered turkey and egg bagel. The eggs are seriously gross. They had the consistency of pressed old grits. The eggs kinda just disintegrated and the yolk can't honestly be called a yolk.

Audrey appeared out of nowhere and was very kind and helpful. Appreciate her attentiveness

This says they open at 430 am but no one showed up until after 5 am....

Website says closes at 8 pm, tried to order at 6 and got a rude ‘we’re closed’ from the staff.

Service was super slow. Stood in line for 20 minutes, the line was not that long…They had only two people working which is not enough for a busy morning rush. I honestly feel bad for the employees that their managers can’t properly staff.

We always like to stop and grab a bagel before our flight. The hours on google and on Einstein’s website say the shop opens at 4:30am. We waited around for the store to open while staff watched us and when asked if they were going to open soon we didn’t get any information. Super disappointed that they aren’t true to their hours and had to go buy food elsewhere.

If you're willing to share a giant video board of a beautifully made brisket egg breakfast sandwich please ensure its available on the menu.

Other than that this place was as normal as you could expect for airport food.

On 1/2/25 6:15am at Boise airport, Worst service!!! I wish I got her name so I could publicly shame her!!
I am visually impaired and was FORCED TO USE THE KIOSK!! the rude girl SPIT in the food when I had them correct it because I wasn’t able to see it SMIRKED because she thought I didn’t see them thru the bagel at us.

My son was humiliated. I will never eat at this place again and I hope for the company they better train their employees!

This isn’t all that happened. But that’s just the worst of it.

It's 5:30 pm and the employees refuse to make fresh coffee. What they have is cold hot coffee and cold brew. I asked if I could get an espresso drink and they said no. Terrible employees.

Very convenient right by the gate TSA check in with plenty of seating available. Currently 329 for a soda.

This location is not a good representation of Einstein Bagels. Two people can't handle the orders. My sandwich was barely toasted and the whole sandwich was barely warm. I took it back, and they served me the same mediocre mistake. STALE more than day-old bagels. Come on Einstein! And they are charging airport prices. Not worth it.

Had signage for brisket and egg bagel sandwich, was told they don't t have. Ordered bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and all items on the sandwich were cold. Staff seemed as if the did not care about customer service at all.
