Had a 5am flight and this location said they opened at 430am. I showed up around 4:20am and waited until 4:35am and the staff was just hanging out in the kitchen. You’re better off waiting in the line at River City Cafe.

This place has really gone down the toilet. I've been coming here during my travels over the past 5 years. So I have something to compare to. The food is hardly edible. Everything is from precooked packages. Bagels were hard and dry. I ordered cinnamon raisin bagel for my kid and got a terribly dried chocolate chip bagel. It was really old (probably several days).My country farm bagel had cheap package bacon and ham with cold cheese product. My wife's sausage and egg bagel wasn't any better. I'll have to bring my own sandwich next time.

You go through a process via screen order then to not get your order. Asking for no tomatoes. Only to get whatever they give you. It’s just a waste. Probably best to wait to get to a bigger airport. Customer service needs attention.

Yummy bagel.Update: they changed their order system to using a screen but don’t make it clear that it’s the only way to order. Stood there for 5 min and no one helped me so maybe if you see someone waiting explain what needs to be done instead of ignoring them.

I never would have thought an Einstein's Bagels could be so bad, but here we are. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was neither toasted or warm... I opened it immediately to try and muscle through a few cold bites of bagel, egg and sausage. My cold brew was also about 50% syrup to the point I couldn't drink it.In addition, they would not provide me a printed receipt and force you to enter your phone number on their app which I refused to provide.
Staff just looks at you in a daze. Act like they don’t want to be there

The food was great, and they had a bunch of great options. However, the employees said they were understaffed and had to turn off one of the two order stations, so the line ended up being pretty long. Once you ordered though, the food was pretty fast and it was really good!

Good for airport food! Lots of options. Service was fast. Coffee was awful haha but my expectations were low. My avocado toast bagel was tasty though!

The girl was so incredibly rude to my mom and I. The muffins weren't available on the screen and we asked how we could pay for it. She muttered "FUCK" under her breath then acted like it was the hardest thing in the world to help us. Maybe re think ur customer service. will not return. absolutely not cool to say fuck to a customer.
