Worst mexican food in the treasure valley!! DO NOT EAT HERE! BIG WASTE OF MONEY! Poor service. Nobody standing up front to take order. They hide in the back. Also serving is super small and does not even look fresh. 20 dollars for some lettuce on tortilla and some kind of sauce!

Made 2 different orders of tortas. The first one was built with everything in it except the tomatoe. It tasted more like a cheeseburger, not so much of a torta. Didn't like it. Got another one, and it ws just the asada, lettuce, and mayo. Also, I noticed they put different lettuce. Which I thought was strange. For a torta, it sure was expensive. $12.99. Thought i try it out, but I will not be coming again.

There was hardly any Carne Asada on the Carne Asada fries, the food was drenched in cheese sauce.The person at the front counter was a less than personable. Horchata tastes like it was left at the bottom of somebody’s cinnamon toast, crunch cereal.Atmosphere can’t be helped because it’s in the mall food court.

I order a #4 chicken flautas and while eating them I found a hair in one of them so I went back to the cashier and politely let her know, her response was that the hair was mine. I asked for my money back and while she was handing me the money she said " I'll give you a refund this time but I leave it to you and your conscience."She basically was calling me a liar and a thief.I told her she needs to act more professional if she is going to be running a business. I also asked for the owner's phone number. She didn't provide it.I should've known it was going to be bad when she has a phone "glued" to her ear even when she's taking your order.She also said that recently had found a hair in her food and thought "eff it, we eat worse things " and ate it anyway. To what I responded " I don't " and walked away without and apology and at least three times she insisted it was my own hair.Worst customer service ever. Never ever going back!

Very disappointed. Asked for a unsweetened ice tea and got a very sweet iced tea, I went up to the gal and told her I think the lines are swapped because the fountain that said unsweetened definitely was the fix raspberry tea. I thought she might at least try and try it herself or offer to get me another drink instead( I mean it was $3! for a soft drink) but she just told me I was wrong. Then the quesadilla i got was supposed to come with salsa and literally it was just the salsa juice with no chunks at all. The quesadilla was alright but definitely won’t be going back.

I kindly informed the cashier that my carne asada fries seemed to taste more like ground beef, and the fries were soggy, despite having had carne asada numerous times before.I waited until there were no other customers around to avoid causing any embarrassment or discomfort. However, the response I received from the lady in the back was quite defensive, and she insisted that the food was as depicted in the pictures. Unfortunately, her response and attitude have led me to reconsider returning to this establishment, as it did not meet my expectations for a carne asada. I’m having to toss this in the trash now and go elsewhere ?

Dirty as all get out, they had hamburger on the sink next to dirty dishes. Floor was covered, went by at 630 just got looked at and ignored then they went ahead and proceeded to serve the person behind me. Big disappointment, racism is real. Sat there and watched server eat food off of make line and proceeded to help customers.

The place is dirty & gross. I should’ve taken that as a sign and ate somewhere else. But I kept seeing people order so I took a chance. I ordered a quesadilla, thinking you can’t mess up a quesadilla…. Wrong. I paid $14 for garbage. It was awful. The salsa is like watery tomato paste, the guacamole is likely out of a jar & very runny. They couldn’t even bother cooking the quesadilla long enough to melt the cheese & all I could taste was onions.

I have never written a bad review before but I just paid $50 for not real birra, the ‘carne asada’ fries are disgusting and made with GROUND BEEF. I get sometimes you don’t get good food but this place is inexcusable. Not even for authenticity but for over all.
