The lingonberry crepe was fantastic. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The lingonberry sauce was delicious. Our server Tina was fantastic even on a busy Sunday morning. I wish I had taken a picture of my food before I ate it, but it was just too good and I couldn’t resist!

Nice diner. Our waitress Rosemary did a great job handling our gaggle of guys with separate checks and complicated orders. I enjoyed my chunk crab benedict. Excellent place to talk and catch up over breakfast

Elmer's has been a part of my life for my entire life! The food remains consistently good. I highly recommend the strawberry crepes and the German pancakes. Excellent!! This place is also so good with noisy, busy kiddos. The staff is so kind.

Huge portions of food. Close to the airport if you're looking for something before flying out. Great mimosas!

We had been here six years ago for the Spirit of Boise events, and here we are again. Nothing has changed. Great food, and generous portions. Everyone works so hard. The General Manager was refilling coffees, not sitting around letting others do everything. We even bought two mugs to take back to NY. A+ all around.

As always, delicious breakfast, coffee & great service by Mariah. Unfortunately, today's visit was a little disturbing as far as ambience. They seated a young family with an autistic child in the main dining area. We understand this condition is no fault of the child's or parents and our hearts went out to them. However, it was quite disturbing to listen to his sounds during our entire meal. Elmer's Kitchen ... couldn't you have seated them in the other section as it was entirely empty when we walked in?

Breakfast was disappointing. The biscuits were overcooked, the hashbrowns bland with no seasoning, and the eggs Benedict were overdone. The country fried steak and gravy was just not a dish I would highlight—if that’s the best you’ve got, it needs serious improvement. Overall, the food lacked flavor, which is concerning since these are signature breakfast dishes that should always be consistent and on point. Service was also weak—servers were clearly stretched too thin, and I only received one coffee refill during the entire meal.
