I was able to order a cake last minute, the week of Christmas, online through the website and email (my favorite way to do things) I put in my request hoping they could do it, received an enthusiastic response very quickly, and had a price and cake ordered by EOD. I picked it up on my chosen day and time- that's so nice and it was exactly what I had wanted. I sent a photo for reference and they matched it perfectly. And finally, it was fricking delicious. I did spend a little more than I had originally wanted to but I must admit, it was worth every penny and I can't wait for another reason to needto order an expensive, beautiful, delicious cake.

We recently asked Emmeli’s Cake if they could make a zucchini cake with whipped cream frosting—something special we had at our wedding 10 years ago in another state. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, they said yes, and absolutely nailed it! The cake was unbelievably delicious—moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. We served it at a party for 30 guests and received so many compliments. Everyone kept asking where it was from!

I have used Emmeli 3 times and each time have been very pleased. The last cake she did for me was a tea party cake and it was lovely. It had a tea cup on top with a rose inside and a doily made out of frosting. Everyone was amazed! I am gluten free so I always order her GF cakes. They are delicious. The last one was a carrot cake with a pineapple mousse center. No one knew it was GF and everyone loved it. Her attention to detail is great and her prices are very reasonable too.
