We go here fairly often for drinks with our kids. I love coming here. The Delicate Italian soda is my favorite. I do wish they offered their drinks in multiple sizes. The quality can vary based on who is working. The often have a younger staff running things so quality control varies but we still enjoy this spot very much for their fun drinks.

We love getting drinks at Fizz, but this location is awful. We waited in line for 40 minutes. There were three guys working. When we got to the window, we could see our very simple drinks (soda with flavor) ready to go. The guy at the window took our payment, then proceeded to take another 7 minutes to stand there taking another order while our drinks sat right in front of him. I finally had to ask him if we could get our drinks so we could go. We will not be going to this location again.

I love the Boise location of fiiz. The drinks are always good and they have so many options. Almost all the employees are nice and they always have a smile

This is a quirky looking place to get drinks be it hot or cold drinks. It is drive through only so it helps keep the price down. But the other issue is not making the drinks right or even totally messing one up completely. I have asked for half ice when it’s warmer and they tend to rill it with ice some of the times. They need to listen to understand instead of hearing to respond. They have been there for a pretty long time so I guess they are profitable.
