I love this place when they get my order correct. The pretzel & cheese is SO good. But they get my order wrong almost everytime I've gone there. It's really frustrating because I'd rather not go if they're going to mess it up every single time.

I went to Fizz Drinks about 5 Years ago, when I first moved to Boise. I sat down Inside, and a Server Took my Drink Order. I had a Great Time!It appears that Fizz is Drive-thru only now. I have been going there sometimes when I go to Boise Towne Square Indoor Shopping Mall ??️? to walk in a Climate- Controlled Air Conditioned environment, which is nice when it's cold ❄️, really ?, or raining ?️☔ out.I was recently disappointed by Fizz drinks, but I gave them a second ? and third ? chance. I've been pleased with my Coke Zero's with Vanilla I have been getting there lately. Fizz Drinks is a nice ??? alternative for me since I stopped drinking ? coffee ☕ and don't go to Starbucks anymore.Your Once- Again lonely Google Guide,Scott alias Dot.Parking: Fiiz Drinks is Located on Cole Road ?️ in the same Parking ?️ Lot as Boise Towne Square Indoor Shopping ??️ Mall! Loving the soda combinations. Tried the 32oz Nailed It today. I think it's my new favorite.Fast service and friendly. When I got in line at the drive thru, there were at least 5 cars I front of me. They were quick. Love it!!May just have to make all my drive times include Fiiz.

Not walk-up friendly. As far as I know, the lobby has never been open since they changed ownership three years ago, and they still haven’t gotten a phone number set up since then, either. The phone number listed online is the former owner’s number. Current ownership clearly isn’t trying. This is pathetic, just drink soda at home unless you are in your car, I guess.

The prices are a little high and the last time we went you could taste the syrup in one of the fountains was completely out so the drink was ruined. But there’s a good creative variety of options.
I love this business. The staff is nice and friendly. I do go here almost everyday, but somehow they never fail to give me the wrong order. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to complain, I appreciate fast food workers or workers of any relation to that. But how can I enjoy my drink when it's incorrect? Not to mention the speaker for the drive through is awful. That may be the main issue. I love this place though, friendly staff, clean environment, and always corrects my order.

I had First tried fizz in Salt Lake City during an overnight there for work. A friend had suggested I try it, and I wasn’t disappointed! They have all sorts of fun drinks with different kinds of soda, energy drinks, etc. My favorite is the for the bros. It’s a drink with the monster, energy drink, and Mountain Dew, I believe. It’s a fun place to go, and I highly recommend it!

The young kid working there never actually listens to drink orders and they're constantly wrong. I'm always getting regular water instead of sparkling water and they always put whip cream on my drink even though I specifically say NO WHIP CREAM! Not worth it for screwed up drinks everytime.

Love the variety of drinks!!! My favorites are the Lotta Colada with Sprite Zero and an extra splash of coconut creamer, the Zippy Zen with Mtn Dew, and the Harry Styles with Sprite Zero. I love the order ahead convenience of the app.
